Dear Covers Users,

Help us help you when it comes time to claim a prize in Streak Survivor...once you reach a prize level in Streak Survivor an automatic e-mail is sent to you the next day...make sure you check your junk folder as these e-mails are sometimes placed in there by your e-mail service provider.

If you did not receive this email after reaching a prize level, please contact us: contests@coversmedia.com

Read the instructions carefully on the e-mail, in order to send the prizes we require that you reply confirming your mailing address.

Contest prizes such as Hats, Hoodies and Cash take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Once winning a price over $1,000 are taxes taken out before the winner receives it? or is it up to the winner to report it?

It states in the rules: "ALL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER."
So, you are responsible for reporting the winnings on a tax return.  Taxes are not taken out of prize winnings by Covers.

I hit a 10 game winning streak last year and never received not one email or anything. I believe the prize for that level was a hoodie at the time.

My first prize winning streak did not produce an email either, so I contacted them after much time had passed.  They have a record of your longest streak and whether they've shipped something to you or not.  Last year, reaching a streak of 10 would have won you a hat.
Also, make sure all of your info is populated in your account profile.  It might help.

I got a 14 once. responded and never got hat or hoodie. All ready had hat, but was looking forward to hoodie.

Hey Covers I wanted to know if after 9 wins you receive a covers hat would love one. Got streak up to 11 a few months ago. Never got notification or hat. Thanks

Hit my win 9 Thursday . Received E-mail request for my info Friday,sent my info got a confirmation and was told 3-6 weeks.  Can't wait. Going for the hoodie now!!

Just letting you know my pick yesterday was NOT counted.

I should have a streak of 3 not 2.

My monthly wins is correct though at 8-5.

Update....Just got my hat today took a little over two weeks. Blue with orange Covers patch off set on right side .Too bad  Memphis killed my streak soon after would've loved to have got the hoodie too !

Sounds like they have a new design for the hats as I have won a few that were all grey with the word "COVERS " on it. I received them in about 2 weeks after winning them. I have won a accouple of hoodies from the site as well and they were grey with the orange covers logo and they took actually only about 1 week to come.

Had a streak of 11. I have emailed twice and still haven't seen or heard anything. I know it's a free game but at least award the prizes you promise.
