I can't even recall the turtle argument - I think you guys think I find way too much joy in this - you guys aren't so interesting I write every conversation I have with you down in my notebook - and is the first thing I discuss with my girlfriend or family members the second I see them

Your yoga example is cute, but inaccurate. You can easily count to two or ten, but not to one. Similarly, you can't count to infinity (even though it is a concept used in mathematics) . If you were planning on using that to show how smart you are, keep in mind that infinite numbers do exist in mathematics, but you can always add one to them.

 

Since there is no number smaller than one, you can't count to one. Since there is always a number greater than an infinite number, you can never reach the end. - So two correct statements here - but why they are true is different - that is the wisdom of mathematics - maybe it isn't a realm for you - you don't hit me as someone that understood most of what I just told you and the relevance it has for your diss earlier  thejester

Sometimes mathematical explanations require a few words, depending on the listener's understanding. Perhaps that's why so many words were used. I promise no animals were harmed in the making of my message though. Originally, it contained a brief explanation of what an infinite number is, which was removed during the screening process because the animals understood thumbs_up - I have a bit of a hard time - how much to dumb down - to get down on your level I have taught 3rd graders in my youth that wouldn't have questioned anything of this concept at all - so your stupidity is kind of new ground for mepaint_help

Animals with wings or the ability to fly are not called birds - animals with feathers are called birds ! Plenty of animals has wings and can fly but isn’t a bird - and some birds can’t fly - I would at this point say you should ask for your school money back - but you more come across as someone never having attended school thumbs_up

You don’t understand - 1 is the first natural number - there is no zero in natural numbers - so if you want to include zero you need to use a number system that also include negative numbers - so if you say “yes you can count to 1 because you count zero, one” - that is also wrong because integral numbers don’t start at zero - they start at negative infinite number — so if you can count to one there — you would know all numbers just with minus infront of them - which would nullify the diss
