In agreement on the Tar Heels, especially given the recent history of teams playing in Ireland. Five of the last six games there have been decided by three points or less! I wasn't planning on playing anything in Week 0, but now I'm tempted. North Dakota St. also looks good at -6'.
I am expecting N.Car to have a much better offense....Belichick was smart to hire Petrino ...he has ignited every offense where he has coached...scoring went up 17 pts a game at louisville...5 pts at Ark...and 8 pts when he returned to louisville...and they lost big to TCU last year 48-14. I expect them to play better...but if they have a few to's ya never know.....see what Belichick can do in year 2. Like I said hiring Petrino can't hurt
Plus, Belichick was pretty good in revenge situations with the Patriots. There's no doubt in my mind he wants to atone for last year's 48-14 debacle in Chapel Hill.

Some games, it does not matter where the game is played , it is still a beat down. go watch the game from LY, actually watch game. TCU turns it up, and they have a better QB this year. if u don't think TCU will cover then take the UNC ML, because history and facts show that when a team does not cover a 7pt spread they usually lose the game. so c'mon back down to earth and give TCU its flowers, they are by far the better TEAM, highlight the word TEAM

Your opinion doesn't make it a fact. Speaking of facts, it's an absolute fact that the long travel across the pond IS a factor and a great equalizer where the spread is concerned. I'll also point out that the underdog in the last six games played in Ireland is 4-1-1 ATS with four outright wins! But you do you and I'll do me.

Or the fact that his SON not Billy B runs the Defense, and NE's defense was horrible those last 2 years . i guess nobody considered the fact that almost every tough team UNC faced LY they got scrubbed clean. but then everyone brings up the DUKE game, omg its a rivalry game. last 2 games in Dublin , 3 pt games, yes, but did you look at the matchups? very familiar competitive teams. Nobody talks about the blowout from 3 years ago Navy vs ND, mismatched, and i think Notre Dame blew them out 3 times in Ireland. bottom line : look at the matchups. i just think its funny that ppl on covers keep lookin a gift horse in the mouth. we all have opinions i have not played it yet just said i thought hiring Petrino was good move for offense....and a 1st game of the year what am i suppose to write?? all you got are hunches and ats from past years i like them because they lost big last year....no one likes that and will try to do better i didnt say 3 pt game i said the hook looked interesting i do think they can stay within 7 but as i said if they turn it over a few times it could be bad, but maybe they get turnovers , i will always try and give some reasoning as to why i like a game, people will always disagree but thats the sports gambling world ..lol youll never hear me call anything a lock ot GOY or GOM thats for the 900 number guys anything can always happen...you'll never see me headline my thread with GOY inside....easy winner inside i do not try to get others to read my post..... but been doing this for years and have done well in certain sports

well the UNLV line has dropped its showing it opened at UNLV -3 last week i did see 5.5 now its down to -3.5 , this is 1st game usually if i leaned one way early i always liked a line going against me but its too early to know that this year in week 0 its odd tha it went up 3 points now back down 3 that must mean some info came out about something Memphis has a new coach all new staff, pretty much no starters back from last year and UNLV is coming off a good year, but did lose their bowl game 17-10 to Ohio U......too bad UNLV is not on the road where they are 17-0 ats vs non conf opponent away.....UNLV does have a former 5 star recruit at qb this year who was at oklahoma and auburn , and they have their main RB back, but they do only have like 6 starters back 3 on each side of the ball just trying to see if this line drop was from someone not playing maybe or purely just action i do not pay much attention to line moves that are just action based ....personally i think the betting people all over tend to want to bet what everyone else is, they see a line move and figure everyone must know something so they in turn feel the need to be on it also...i think we all have fell for it lol
not betting the n>car game yet because i think this line may go up a little and in fb like hoops i will take every half pt or pt i can get

no do not think it will be easy but its a 1st game like i posted i was not betting it yet because i expected the line to go up and i was right as usual its now 9.5 which means 10 ....... its week 0 but i usually am right knowing where lines will move....which is very important during the year , because if you can get good at where the line will go it helps to know when to bet, early if you think that is the best line youll get or wait knowing you will get a better line..after all we all are trying to get the best line we can get right??.... being a bookie for 30+ years has helped getting an idea of where the public will go....now line moves due to injury are totally diff, but once the year gets going, me personally would rather see a line move against me, again as long as its not due to injury....... you may be correct TCU could win this game BIG.... but due to them losing big last year, and this being a away game for both, its not a huge play...... not rated High but maybe worth taking a shot if i can get 10 or 10.5-11 i am trying to see if the line move was just action or is someone out if its just action then thats ok i am also hoping N.Car can get a turnover too its the 1st game for both teams hey someone has to be on the dog ..lol

also i am looking at NC st getting the points tomorrow, i like that their qb has been there, good rivalry going to be a tough game either way, you can get +4.5 -115 which i like more than 3.5 for sure also liking UNLV even though the line dropped but waiting until tomorrow to see what action happens tonight and in the morning gl everyone
