You can’t count to one - that is only something stupid people would say that don’t understand what they are saying - one is the first number - so that would just be you saying the number - you need at least two numbers for it to be considered counting

I do have a point - you said he could only count to one - but if that were true then it isn't counting - then you can say two things depending on what your point is:
1) "You can't count at all"
2) The only number you know is one
Don't blame me for wasting your time - you could start by learning some basic knowledge before you throw insults around that doesn't make any sense - that would be a good place to start for not having me pointing out the obvious
