Its fun to watch how bad this guy gets under everyones skin. I think he is entitled to his opinion and this site is better with him. You should leave the man alone and let him do his own things.And thats coming from a semi racist.

beets,

i have no side in this fight.  i have gotten into pages long conversations with scal concerning his tone.  he's obviously a really bright guy who has some writing skills who just doesn't understand that his "plan" backfires because of the delivery.  i think he does add to the site for the simple reason he said, he is one who doesn't need to constantly write about nonsense.  his inability to admit error, ever, and his complete focus on this one topic make him frustrating.

but my question is directed towards you please.  again, with no side in the fight.  shouldn't it be the linesmen's job to remain as unbiased and unsarcastic as possible.  this is what gives a person in a ruling position his credibility.  the moment it is made personal, no matter what the topic, is when the land becomes the playground.  of course, you are all interested in the topics at covers, and want to contribute as well.   however, when it comes to matters of discipline, or explanation of said discipline, i really think a moderator should give users the sense that the site is fair. 

again, i've enjoyed your posts in the past, but only when they are yours.  i think when mods show their "power" over the user in their posts, it can only lead mistrust.

jsut my 2 cents... don't really expect anyone to read my novel anyway.
