The bottom line is he believes in entitlement. "Since blacks were treated unfairly in the past whites MUST now treat them with higher regard than anyone else. The key is equality. With your stance on these issues you hep nothing.

Hey Scal, as I was driving to work today I was thinking about this thread and the post that led to you being boxed.  I was passing a long line of cars stuck in traffic facing the opposite way I was going.  My direction was flowing freely...

Anyway, I was looking at the people in cars, stuck in traffic waiting to go to dead end jobs, looking miserable, and probably half of them were woman.....many with kids screaming in the backseat waiting to be dropped at daycare, others alone with sullen eyes and downtrodden faces....don't you think that maybe all these woman have been conned by feminists and racists like you that the "misery of housewifery" was a horrible thing and they should go out and all get jobs, and have the wonders of a two income family, you know, only seeing your kids 4 rushed hours per day, quickie meals every night, fractured marraiges, the joy of single motherhood....

Ah, how they may long for the days of making coffee, breakfast and seeing hubby off to work....

Please get comfortable here and stay awhile you demented moron.

BTW, I still think that you just got ahold of some black history textbooks and a 56k internet connection and you just copy and paste shit into this website to troll around, you believe in very little of the hatred you peddle around here.

I do know what I am talking about here and I get annual statistics on the hiring numbers myself and I prepare our annual EEOC reports and what your opinion could not be further from the truth....you need to stop with this shit....you are either very ignorant or intentionally trying to stir shit up on here with your comments, but I can assure you that you are not accurate in any of your points about the hiring of black people....and this is coming from someone who knows the truth.....and I can tell you what the difference is with race and how they work or apply themselves while working.....there is some differences, but it really does depend on the caliber of the individual...I have trained thousands of people to do a vast majority of jobs so you need to quit already with this .......Seriously dude, just stop it!

Whether he admits it or not you have a great point! Many women WANT to stay at home with their kids and take care of the house. I know my girlfriend is very successful (Works as an interior architect in downtown) would love to have kids and stay at home with them. According to you that would be horrible for womens rights.

By the way getting jobs as a "Higher up" are given to people that are qualified, not because of race.

Okay boys and girls, on page 7 of this thread you will find four different ways to respond the issue of racism and how it marginalizes non-whites in the employment sector of American society. 

Now I stated facts in post #158 with citations. People like to believe I just rant and rave but provide no empirical support for my stance here. This, of course, is untrue, and it is clear, in that post, that at a minimum, 1 in 3 black men and women are being denied employment solely because they are black. Further white privilege is rampant in the employment sector as the qualifications for blacks must far outweigh a white counterpart to be considered for the same position, if they are to be considered at all. Lastly, the economic burdens/glass ceilings imposed on blacks who actually are employed, robs them of meaningful revenue streams that could do EXACTLY what many here preach, which is take responsibility for wives/children/themselves. Unfortunately, employers don't cooperate just because race is a factor.

So what were the responses to cited studies and statistics from verifiable sources?

#1 Pomposity 

ABooksNightmare doesn't even want me broaching the topic of hiring or employment because I am 'not an employer myself.' This is the tired old argument you hear all the time on NFL Sunday's when analysts who never played critique a play, and a former player on the pre or post-game panel takes personal offense because the person speaking never took a snap. This is egomania of the highest order and you needn't read any further to get the drift of what he is about to say (and trust me it was long-winded, mind-numbing and trite and I think he tried to sell me a ShamWow and a SlapChop somewhere in there as well. I did read it and it provides NOTHING in the way of disproving that blacks are regularly discriminated on the job and for jobs in large numbers all the time as studies have shown).

#2 Reckless disregard

Weeble then steps up the the plate in post #170 and whiffs worse than a boy with a tennis racket trying to get a hit off a 100mph hurler. 

First, he mischaracterizes my situation by saying I try to PUSH my views on others. This is untrue because if you do a search on my posts, you will see my views are in response to race based threads that continually highlight some kind of black crime or sordid news story (while that same person will rarely if ever post a story about white crime, and if they do, the thread will only be about that individual, apart from their whiteness and the crime committed. This of course would never happen with 'black crime' because to whites here the two words go hand in hand).

Second, he calls my efforts nonsense and this is, at its core, the reason why I must counter with such an aggressive stance. 

This is likely a man who could give a rat's ass about racism in America and its effects on millions. It's nonsense folks! His disregard for the issue needs balanced opposition and luckily for him, I am here to provide that.

#3 Avoidance

Jay - seems like a nice guy right? Okay. Capable of articulating a point? Yeah. But then he calls someone out to debate and they do so. What's his reaction? He piggybacks off a mods response and runs for the hills naked as the day he was born. This is simply a cop-out and an embarrassing one at that.

#4 Ignorance

NoWorries then tells me I seek ENTITLEMENTS for blacks when all of #158 highlighted the LACK OF OPPORTUNITY to work; to attain meaningful employment; to have a steady income; to be autonomous. When you read about SAT scores plummeting and America falling behind countries like China in Math and Science, Exhibit A is this guy with regard to the Land of the dunce, Home of idiot windbag. 

So boys and girls, when it comes to responders on covers.com, pay little attention, even to the higher ups. They don't have a leg to stand on, and their third leg is lacks is only accompanied by an empty sack...

You WERE responded to in post #182 which you clearly didn't comprehend even after seeing your own name. 

Why don't you respond to me NoWorries? Do you ever have to walk into a white employers office and have anxiety that you will be denied not on the qualifications of your resume or articulation of your skill set, but on your race as I have quoted a study that has clearly shown happens 1 out of 3 times to blacks (and obviously can be much worse given that all employer decisions are based on unregulated subjectivity which can be, and for the most part, is implicitly biased)?

Tell me how you suffer employment discrimination based on race in ANY WAY. Because if there was 'reverse racism,' where are the flocks of black men and women being employed en masse...even in strong economies!??? Even when it happens on the smallest of scales for even ONE job, whites scream to the high heavens that the black applicant was 'unqualified,' solidifying the 'inferiority paradigm' that is in place in America today against blacks and has been for centuries. 

And even if you have been denied a job because a black applicant applied and received it with lesser qualifications, the discrimination would be NOWHERE NEAR 1 in 3 jobs which blacks suffer from.

Why is this not talked about? 

Because shitheads like yourself KNOW it occurs and want to mute any discussion of it for the SOLE reason that black autonomy means less white autonomy; that is, more qualified educated blacks gaining employment would, by default, take away from prospective white employment.

What fucking man wants to play on the LPGA? The purses are MUCH smaller (surprise). The LPGA was CREATED solely because women have been BARRED from the sport for decades only because of sexism; sexism that has been rampant throughout all of American history (don't make me cite it).  Augusta National Golf Club, where the Masters is played, STILL bars female membership in 2011 continuing DIRECT discrimination of women simply because of gender. It's remarkable it's still allowed. But why is it allowed? Women's voices aren't recognized enough and men do not care enough to worry about it or change it. This matter considering THEY ARE THE DECISION MAKERS at Augusta National(surprise). When someone like me comes along and says something about it, a lemming like yourself follows the cavalcade of discriminators and whines I a the worst humanity has to offer. Again, libel without reason, logic or evidence is the only route you can take...
