Big day yesterday.  The teams with short weeks won, and the teams with byes lost.  The Packers and the Titans - who many said here "couldn't possibly lose" - both lost.

Today it continues.  Both road teams today have a great shot at winning, which would be the first time in NFL history all 4 road teams won in a playoff weekend.

These are the writeups from Wed - too tired to add to the narrative - but happy to discuss.

The Train UDMLP is in effect.  We got the two hard dogs in yesterday, and if both dogs win outright today and the 4 teamer 40-1 UDMLP hits I will be donating 1k to an animal charity in the name of Covers Degenerates.  Maybe you will join in and we can make an impact for a good cause.  More to come.

One other thing....  Take these and my final picks for what they are worth.  Some random dude on the internet giving free advice.  You push the button on every bet you make - not me.  Look inward if this doesn't make sense to you.

Rams / Bucs:  I think this remains at a cheap 3 or expensive 2.5 until gametime

Some key injuries to watch here on the offensive line for the Bucs.  Will Wirfs and Jensen play - and how effective will they be?  I expect them to play, but you would have to think there will be a loss of effectiveness from the two all pros.  If the Bucs are going to make a run - it will need to be with offense - and they quietly lead the league in offense adjusted.  But the Rams D is a different beast.  The key here is the Rams have safety injury issues - but in order to test safeties downfield you have to have time in the pocket - which I just dont think Brady will have.  I fully expect the Bucs to come out with lots of short routes to get the ball out of Bradys hands quickly to avoid the rush of the Rams - which doesnt exploit the biggest weakness of the Rams defense.

The bucs can be run on - and the Rams will do it.  Hopefully - until the Bucs can stop it - which I dont see happening.

Rams +3 and ML for me in the range of 3 units or so depending on news this week.  Rams 28-21

Bills / Chiefs:  Line will likely bounce between Chiefs -2.5 and -1 the rest of the way.  Doesnt take much money to move a line under 3.

The Bills are excellent statistically on both sides of the ball, and it feels like this team is peaking at just the right time.  The achilles of the Chiefs is their defense - which is vulnerable to especially mobile qbs.  I prefer not to see a shootout like last seasons playoff loss at Arrowhead - I feel like the Bills can dominate possession in this one.  Very similar result to earlier this season when the Bills went to arrowhead and won 38-20.

Bills spread and ML in the range of 3 units or so.  Bills 31-20

Rams down to 2.5 - hope you grabbed the 3 already, I could see this line bouncing back and forth...

Like the Rams Under and Bills Alt Line as well. Bills have been good while playing with the lead all year, so I think they will tack on a TD at some point if they win.  I see Brady under duress all game.  I would bet Pass Attempts Over if I could, but I like his Yards under.

I have both dogs ML and a same unit play on a ML parlay with them so I’m rooting for you today. If the Rams are focused and play smart turnover free football I can see them winning this game unless Brady does what he’s been doing for his career mostly and just wins. 
Bills and chiefs game is a toss up imo but I need action so obviously I’d rather take the dog at +$ in that scenario and if I’m wrong I’m wrong, my kids will still eat well regardless of the outcomes of these games, even if I am stuck with Ramen Noodles after the game

I hit CIN & doubled up on GB as a solid play only to choke upon realizing the league punished A.Rodgers for his anti-vax / stalwart NFL enthusiasm.

Gotta laff hard here at both Rodgers and myself.  Actually pretty much laughing at myself for archaically believing in the "cold tundra" vs a warm weather team,                 which was for all intents & purposes, banged up.  Hell, the State Farm Insurance guy had no problem getting a TD on their opening drive. Just a F/G after that in the 4thQ and I guess that's why everyone should have State Farm Insurance ! (Do they cover your losses for betting on anti-vax A-Holes who douzze on their team cause they want to get traded to a warm weather climate for 3X $$$ like Tom Brady ?)

I posted my plays up front. Using my own money, staked NFL ventures. 50% 0f any winnings would go directly to "grass-roots" animal charities. (by grass roots - I mean "non-profit volunteer rescue agencies who took no salaries and gave 100% of the donations towards the animals. I had a Notary Public" oversee the account to ensure transparency.

1 week, I won $34,000 !! I gave $17k to worthy causes. (Hell, way more over time). To this day, I have 2 beautiful rescue dogs the charity bestowed upon me as a thank-you.

Animals are in plight. Planet Earth is in peril. Who are you ? What are you doing about anything ?
