And then guess who dropped FORTY ONE ON THEM.
GERALD GREEN, a guy who was ditched by too many teams to name, including the Nets who could use him badly.
And not only that, he scored twenty five points in ONE QUARTER.
Do you know why? No interior D. No Thabo or Perk inside. As bad as they are offensively, they give you legit D on the other end. Now they are both gone.
And a guy who was going to be out of the league not too long ago, dropped 25 on them, in a quarter!
Don't think the Lakers, who just got as hot as they ever got, against the Kings, can't start dropping points on the Thunder. They can.
And we get a dozen to boot.

Always a great write up, but I'm going to have to disagree here bud. I think saving face should've been playing against the team that represents their same city. I guess we all know who now is the superior between the la teams. Only person that really impresses me is Pau Gasol within that lakers roster and no one else. Everybody in OKC impresses me so I'll take the huge favorite tonight against the hapless lakers. GL with yours bud.
The Lakers roster is not meant to impress. There is a reason you are getting a dozen. But they are back home in front of the same fans that saw them get dismantled in the worst way in their history, against the one team they didn't want to (if it was Lebron and the Heat, it would have been like falling on a sword out of mercy, instead it felt like they got beheaded by the Clips). They HAVE to give more than getting blown out here, which the 12 is more than generous enough to handle, at home.

No offense So Cal..I'm a grown man make my own decisions but your opening night Blazers over Suns cosyed me a nice package..it was very convincing.My problem with ur Mode of thinking..its just too much emotion involved..I am generalizing but u think just BC a has to win they are going to.I appreciated your Cowboys pick but I has that one in.I will take the Heat coming off 2 losses@bulls than betting on maybe the worse team in the West..I play more emotion with CFB...I'm just not taking the Laker+20 againstvOKC...then u talked me into horrid Knicks pick at 1%...that Blazer game...Its all.good..just don't like your they got to win.

And how, the Thunder are 2-4-1 in their last seven with Westbrook in the lineup and how a previous poster noted, Perk and Thabo are out and how one of those three was against the sixers who you can't spot enough points to right now.
That is not too impressive and looks more and more like the horrid Pacers ATS in a smaller sample size if ya ask me.

Had you trusted me after that Blazer game you would have went:
10-3 (77%) and a +170 ML with those 10 wins since then.
You sold too early man.
Don't run for the hills just because the market goes down 300 one day. You'll get it all back and then some if you wait.
And I can assure you there is no single poster on this site who is less emotionally involved with a pick and doesn't provide more empirical evidence with their OP's than I do.
I will not hit 100% by the way so don't go crazy with one single pick I make.

I think the spread is quite generous and it just keeps going up now at 13.
You know the Lakers have been giving up 110 since the all-star break as Bill Simmons just noted.
That means, on average, laying 13 you will have to get 124, in a day game, on the ROAD, against a team that is going to do everything to make a showing today. Especially after giving up 142.
If you expect the thunder to easily score 124 on the road, what do you expect them to do to the lakers at home in the next game? Score 140? The Clippers had a vendetta, the Thunder do not.
These are unreasonable numbers. Especially on the road. It all points to a Lakers cover with everything in the OP.

And D'Antoni did exactly that against the Nuggets.
Down 23 he kept the starters in and they covered the opening line of nine vs. The Nuggets. That is a tremendous backdoor cover for Laker backers.
Why doubt him, in the worst case scenario today, to not do the same as you noted? And that is JUST the worst case scenario...
