People have to stop comparing him to Conley or Paul. He's nothing like them. They are true point guards, and whether you want to hear it or not, have much more talent that Curry. Paul is arguably the best PG in the NBA, so please don't even try comparing Curry to him. Curry is more like Juan Dixon if you want a comparison. As some have already mentioned, his slim build isn't as big of deal when you're a true point guard, but he's not. He would play shooting guard in the NBA, and will have somebody 6'6 with much more muscle putting a hand in his face, powering him off the ball all game long. Someone will take a chance on him in the first round (not a lottery pick though, unless the GM is drunk when making his selection), and he might become a good role player in the NBA, but I really don't see him even being in the league very long. We'll see, but I just think you guys are buying way too much into the hype.

He can handle at least as well as Daniel Gibson. He plays the 1 on a team that has a 2 and a 3 that can handle, or the 2 on a team with a big PG than can defend the 2 spot. It's pretty much the same position. He won't be a primary ball handler and he won't be a primary scorer, but he will be effective spacing the floor.

First of all, Mike Conley Jr is not a true point guard. His handles are medicore at best and he does not have the vision to find his teammates. He was drafted 4th overall due to his quickness and scoring ability. So was Chris Paul. He's a scorer first and an assist man second. Both can take it to the basket with regularity against larger defenders. So can Curry. I mean how many times did he make the bigger and taller Rush look foolish with his dazzling moves? too many to count.
Plus there are many SGs in the NBA that are 6-4 or under.
Iverson (barely 6')
Monta Ellis (6'3)
Ben Gordon (6'3)
Wade (6'4)
Cuttino Mobley (6'4)
Willie Green (6'3)
Kyle Lowry (6')
Charlie Bell (6'3)
Eddie House (6'1)
Quincy Douby (6'3)
Salim Stoudamire (6'1)
And many more.
His success will depend on whether he can make baskets or not, not how much he can bench press. So people need to quit talking about his size..... all that matters is whether you can play or not. Size is the reason many top coaches passed on him... now they all regret it. NBA will not make the same mistake.
