The Dallas Wings forced a win-or-go-home Game 3 at Chase Center tonight after winning an OT thriller against the Golden State Valkyries on Wednesday.
With a trip to the semifinals within reach, my Wings vs. Valkyries predictions call for Gabby Williams to keep the hot hand against Dallas.

Wings vs Valkyries prediction: Gabby Williams Over 19.5 points
Gabby Williams erupted for a team-high 36 points in Wednesday’s loss, but I’m not chasing points here, and I’ll trade this one to 60%.
In the regular season, Williams averaged 21.8 ppg across four matchups with the Wings, her second-highest scoring average against any opponent. She posted 19 points in her regular-season tilt at Dallas, and scored 20+ in all three home matchups against the Wings.
Williams averaged 16.3 ppg at home vs. 13.7 on the road this season. She scored 20+ points only six times in 39 tries, but half of those were vs. Dallas.
Returning home to close out the series, I expect Williams to cross the 20-point threshold against Dallas once again as Golden State advances to the semis.

Wings vs Valkyries combo
The spread is set at Valkyries -6.5, but I’ll trade it up to 9.5.
The Wings have been torched in the postseason, giving up 102 points and 15 triples on 47.6% shooting from beyond the arc, all easily the highest marks in the W.
Dallas made this series interesting with a home victory, but it took a historic 45-point effort from Arike Ogunbowale to get the dub in OT.
The Valkyries have had their way with the Wings offensively, hitting the Over in six of the last seven H2H matchups while scoring 90+ five times. The point total for this one has risen from 154.5 in Game 1 to 159.5 in Game 3, and I’ll trade it up to 162.5.
A comfortable Golden State victory can still hit the Over, as the V’s have won by 9+ in four of their last Overs.
