Paige Bueckers leads the Wings in assists at 5.8 per game, but Jessica Shepard isn’t far behind at 5.2. Shepard left Sunday’s loss after five minutes, and Bueckers picked up the slack, dishing eight dimes.
Bueckers’ eight assists represented her highest total in eight games, and with Shepard sidelined, her usage percentage shot up to 47.1%.
