Senators vs Sharks

Player prop: Thomas Chabot Over 1.5 shots

Todd Cordell's Senators vs. Sharks predictions back Chabot for at least two shots against a San Jose defense sitting 31st in shots allowed per 60 minutes. Chabot has cleared this line in six of nine full games this season and averaged 2.8 shots on 7.3 attempts against Bottom-12 shot-suppression teams. Cordell would play the Over to 61%.

Goal scorer: Macklin Celebrini anytime goal

Celebrini leads San Jose in expected goals and is positioned to exploit Ottawa's recent goaltending struggles. The Senators have posted an .837 team save percentage since Linus Ullmark was injured, leaving ample opportunity for a high-volume shooter. Cordell would back Celebrini to score up to 44%.

Penguins vs Canadiens

  • Time: 7 p.m. ET
  • TV: ESPN+, SNE, TVAS
  • Analyst: Luc LeBlanc

Player prop: Noah Dobson Over 1.5 shots

Luc LeBlanc's Penguins vs. Canadiens predictions highlight Dobson's increased shooting volume with Nick Suzuki sidelined. The Montreal defenseman has recorded two or more shots in eight of his last 10 games, averaging three shots per game over the past two weeks. He's also cleared this line in four of his last five at the Bell Centre.

Goal scorer: Cole Caufield anytime goal

Caufield enters Saturday with five goals in his last six games and eight on the season after a two-goal outing. He has scored in 12 of his last 19 appearances at the Bell Centre, while his 38 goals in 50 Saturday games since the start of 2024-25 make him a fitting pick for Saturday night in Montreal.

Maple Leafs vs Canucks

Player prop: Gavin McKenna 1+ assist

Dustin Saracini's Maple Leafs vs. Canucks predictions target McKenna following his three-point performance against Seattle. The 18-year-old is skating with Auston Matthews on Toronto's top line and first power-play unit while Kirill Marchenko is sidelined. Vancouver ranks last in expected goals against, setting up another favorable matchup for the rookie playmaker.

Goal scorer: Auston Matthews anytime goal

Matthews is the finishing threat on a Toronto attack that ranks fifth in goals and has a power play converting at 31%. He's recorded 35 medium-danger shot attempts this season, third-most in the league, and Saracini backs his lethal release to capitalize on Vancouver's defensive shortcomings.

Flames vs Avalanche

Player prop: Nathan MacKinnon 2+ points

Dustin Saracini's Flames vs. Avalanche predictions seek another multi-point night from MacKinnon, who has six points over his last three games. Colorado is averaging 4.15 goals per game, second-most in the NHL, while Calgary is surrendering nearly four. MacKinnon's heavy ice time and top-line role make two points a realistic target in this matchup.

Goal scorer: Artturi Lehkonen anytime goal

Lehkonen has scored 10 goals in 13 games and continues to get plenty of opportunities alongside MacKinnon and Martin Necas. Colorado beat Calgary 7-3 earlier this season, and the Flames are on the second leg of a back-to-back after facing Seattle on Friday. Saracini sees an appealing scoring spot for the Avalanche winger.
