Oilers vs Rangers

  • Time: 6 p.m. ET
  • TV: SN, MSG Network
  • Analyst: Luc LeBlanc

Player prop: Evan Bouchard 1+ assists

Luc LeBlanc's Oilers vs. Rangers predictions back Bouchard to extend his remarkable playmaking run. The Edmonton defenseman has registered an assist in all six road games this season and 10 of his last 11 overall. He is tied for the lead among NHL defensemen with 16 assists, building on a career-high 74 helpers last season.

Goal scorer: Vasily Podkolzin anytime goal

Podkolzin has scored in five of Edmonton's six road games this season, tallying six goals and nine points away from home. That's twice his home goal total through the same point of the season. Playing alongside elite offensive talent, the Oilers winger has been particularly dangerous on the road, making him LeBlanc's anytime-goalscorer selection.

Senators vs Ducks

Player prop: Tim Stutzle Over 0.5 assists

Chris Faria's Senators vs. Ducks predictions target Stutzle to record at least one helper against a struggling Anaheim defense. He has four assists over his last two games and a helper in 10 of 15 contests this season. Ottawa also gets a favorable special-teams matchup against a Ducks penalty kill operating at 67.6% during its recent 1-6-1 slump.

Goal scorer: Drake Batherson anytime goal

Batherson has scored in back-to-back games and recently recorded a hat trick against the Rangers. He leads Ottawa with 36 shots and ranks second on the team with 5.69 individual expected goals and 19 high-danger chances. With three or more shots in five of his past seven outings, Faria likes Batherson to capitalize against Anaheim's vulnerable goaltending.
