The Jacksonville Jaguars have a clear objective in an often wild and woolly Week 18: beat the Tennessee Titans.
With a victory, Jacksonville wins the AFC South, and there’s a pipe dream shot at taking the top seed in the conference. But that would require Denver and New England stumbling in their finales.

Early Titans vs Jaguars spread pick: Titans +10.5
This spread opened at Jacksonville Jaguars -11.5, and we’re seeing this slide down to a cheap Jacksonville -10.5, indicating a possible move to the key number of -10.
While I don’t believe the Tennessee Titans will stun the Jags, I could see Jacksonville playing it safe in the second half — possibly sitting starters — and leaving the backdoor open for the big underdog.
Tennessee is putting forth its best football of the season, going 2-2 SU in its last four games, with those losses decided by one score. The Titans’ offense has come to life, with outputs of 24, 26, 26, and 34 points, and rookie QB Cam Ward is making some impressive plays along the way.
What’s more, Tennessee interim coach Mike McCoy is trying to stay in the conversation for next season, or at least pad his resume for a new job in 2026. The team has been one of the better bets in the second half of the schedule, posting a 5-3 ATS mark in their last eight outings.
If you like Tennessee, grab all the points you can now. If you’re jumping on Jacksonville, wait and see how low this spread will go before pouncing.
Early Titans vs Jaguars total pick: Over 47.5
This total has seen one of the biggest moves on the Week 18 board. Bookmakers opened this number as low as 43.5 points on Sunday night, and Over money pounded the total all the way to 47.5 O/U.
Given the increased vig on Over 47.5, this total may not be done moving, and we could see it stick at the key total stop of 48 points later in the week.
As mentioned, Jacksonville’s best plan of attack would be to come out swinging in the first half — which this offense does. The Jags can build a big lead against this terrible Titans defense and give them a cushion to yank the starters in the second half.
Tennessee’s offense has made leaps and bounds in the home stretch of the schedule. The Titans have been able to put up points ever since an embarrassing 25-3 loss to the Jaguars in Week 13 and could see a second-half surge if Jacksonville takes its foot off the gas in the final 30 minutes.
While Over bettors have long missed the best of the number after this massive move, this current number still sits south of the key stop of 48 points. That said, this might be an Over/Under option we walk away from rather than jump in late after a four-point adjustment.
