Rams vs Seahawks Best bet: Cooper Kupp Over 29.5 receiving yards (-114)
Cooper Kupp caught all five passes his way for 60 yards in the Divisional Round.
That was his second-most targets in the past eight games and a significant share, since Sam Darnold attempted only 17 passes. Darnold is limited with an oblique injury, which hampers his downfield strength.
Kupp is a shifty slot receiver specializing in short yardage. In his heyday, he was the elite zone buster and faces just that from the Los Angeles Rams. He went for 39 yards in their Week 16 meeting.
Kupp’s projections sit north of 29.5 receiving yards, and as high as 44 yards.

Rams vs Seahawks same-game parlay
The Seattle Seahawks played better than it looked in two meetings with L.A. — save for those Darnold INTs — and the ability to run the ball and dominate on defense gives them an edge.
With Zach Charbonnet out, the Seahawks’ season-long shell game at RB now has only one option in the red zone in Kenneth Walker III.

Kupp, much like Obi Won, is still pretty spry, especially against this zone coverage from the Rams.
Nacua is a threat to catch a touchdown as well as run one in, as we’ve seen him used as a ball carrier in the playoffs.
With Los Angeles blanketing JSN in the red zone, Kupp is the only other WR Darnold throws to in the end zone.

Home field and superior defense goes a long way in the playoffs. We’ve seen L.A. get pushed around on the ground, and even with Charbonnet out, Seattle’s offensive line is powering the ground game. Seattle plays keep-away from Stafford and wins outright.
Rams vs Seahawks spread prediction
The first two meetings between these NFC West rivals were nail-biters, with one decided on a missed FGA and the other coming down to overtime. This spread was Rams +3 before the Charbonnet injury dropped it off the key number. I’d lean Seahawks -2.5, but would rather put the points away and keep it simple on the moneyline.
Rams vs Seahawks Over/Under prediction
This total was as high as 47.5 points. I immediately bet the Under, and while it stayed at that opener most of the week, we’ve seen money on the Under push this total through the key number of 47 and down to 46.5 points. I still think Darnold is limited in his downfield pop, and we’ll see a plodding short-yardage approach from both teams.
