Our Week 2 Over/Under predictions have no choice but to target the Bears after an explosive 59-point performance on Sunday.

Gimme the Over opened the season with a 2-1 record, and I’m coming back hungry for another helping of touchdowns.

My Week 2 Over/Under picks feature a Bears offense fresh off a 59-point demolition, a Commanders-Cowboys matchup with serious shootout potential, and a Dolphins defense that could spend Sunday begging for mercy against San Francisco.

This week’s NFL picks put three more scoring opportunities on the menu. Let’s get these scoreboards working overtime.

Vikings vs Bears: Bears team total Over 27.5

Kalshi probability: 49%

Another 59-point performance might be a little greedy, but how about half of that in the Chicago Bears' home opener?

The Bears offense could be set for another elite showing against a Minnesota Vikings defense whose Week 1 score deserves a closer look. Minnesota and the highly overrated Brian Flores allowed only 22 points against Green Bay, but the Packers piled up 19 before halftime and averaged 6.3 yards per play. That’s a hell of a lot uglier than the final score suggests.

Chicago doesn’t need another historic explosion to clear this number. Four touchdowns will do just fine. I'll also accept 14 safeties — whatever it takes to clear the number.

Commanders vs Cowboys: Over 50.5

Kalshi probability: 49%

The Dallas Cowboys are 7-0 to the Over in their last seven games, while the Washington Commanders are 5-0 in their last five. Why fight it?

The Cowboys averaged 29.9 points per game at home last season, and these teams combined for 66 and 53 points in their two 2025 meetings.

Meanwhile, it looked like the same old Cowboys defense last week, allowing 28 points to the Giants while surrendering nine conversions on 11 third-down attempts. That’s an invitation to keep scoring. Expect Washington to take advantage and Dallas to fire right back.

Dolphins vs 49ers: 49ers team total Over 29.5

Kalshi probability: 52%

This game has bloodbath written all over it. The Miami Dolphins just allowed 27 points to a Raiders offense that doesn’t have half the talent the San Francisco 49ers bring to the table.

Now that defense gets a 49ers offense that already looks locked in after dropping 27 points on the Rams in Australia. Asking for three more against this group feels pretty damn reasonable. Thirty points is well within reach against a defense this vulnerable and a Dolphins offense that’ll have trouble chewing up clock.

Week 2 Over/Under combo

Bears team total Over 27.5

Commanders/Cowboys Over 50.5

49ers team total Over 29.5
