Featured NFL Week 4 odds
Buffalo Bills vs Baltimore Ravens
Josh Allen looks to continue his torrid start to the season when the 2-1 Buffalo Bills take on former MVP Lamar Jackson and the 2-1 Baltimore Ravens. The Bills opened as -3 road favorites, and the line hasn't budged.
On Friday night, the Bills were receiving 68.3% of the tickets and 56.2% of the handle when it came to the spread at Caesars.
Kansas City Chiefs vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Kansas City Chiefs will look to rebound from last week's upset loss to the Colts when they take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a rematch of the 2021 Super Bowl.
The Chiefs opened as -2.5 favorites, but the matchup has since been bet down to a pick'em. Despite the Chiefs getting 74.6% of spread tickets at Caesars, 74.2% of the handle was on the Bucs as of Friday evening.

NFL Week 4 news
Fallout continues from Tua injury
When Tua Tagovailoa started on Thursday night against Cincinnati, many were wondering how he would fare following taking a big hit from Buffalo Bills' linebacker Matt Milano just four days prior.
Social media immediately broke out in hives this past Thursday, hammering the Miami Dolphins' medical treatment of Tua after the star QB was stretchered off the field in the first half against the Bengals.
On Saturday, the NFLPA reportedly took action.
The NFL Players Association has terminated the unaffiliated neurotrauma consultant involved in Tua Tagovailoa's concussion check last Sunday, as @ProFootballTalk said.

Both the UNC and the #Dolphins team physician were interviewed Friday, per source. Investigation ongoing.
Zach Wilson returns
Joe Flacco's reign as New York Jets' starter will come to an end today as second-year QB Zach Wilson will make his regular season debut against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Wilson sustained a meniscus tear in his right knee during Week 1 of the preseason but is now back healthy. The BYU product will look to improve on a poor rookie season in which he finished with a passer rating of 69.7, including throwing more interceptions (11) than touchdowns (90.
NFL Week 4 injuries
Seattle Seahawks vs Detroit Lions
The Detroit Lions will be heavily-shorthanded on offense today against the Seattle Seahawks. Top wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown and lead running back De'Andre Swift have both been ruled out for today's game against Seattle, and wideout Josh Reynolds is currently listed as questionable (ankle).
With Jared Goff's passing options limited and Swift ruled out, look for backup RB Jamaal Williams to get a ton of usage today against Seattle's 30th-ranked rushing defense.
New England Patriots vs Green Bay Packers
The New England Patriots are in Lambeau Field later today to take on the Green Bay Packers, and the Pats will be without starter Mac Jones following the QB's ankle injury that he suffered against the Ravens last week.
Veteran Bryan Hoyer will get the start for Bill Belichick's club, and his passing total is set at 195.5 on PointsBet. Despite the low number, I'm still confident in taking the Under as the Packers' ninth-ranked pass defense should completely shut Hoyer and the weak New England offense down.

NFL Week 4 weather
Only two games have a realistic chance of seeing rain today, but Bills-Ravens is one of them. As of writing, there is a 90.5% chance of precipitation at MT&T Stadium in Baltimore, which seems to have played a factor in the total plummeting from 54.4 to 51.0.
The other game that may see some drizzle is in Meadowlands, as there's currently a 47.6% chance of rain during the Bears-Giants game.
