49ers vs Texans Best bet: 49ers +2.5 (-108)
The Houston Texans haven’t fared well this season against teams they’re on a similar level to. Their two wins came against the Titans and an injured Ravens squad, while their losses came against the Rams, Bucs, Jags, and Seahawks.
The San Francisco 49ers are beat up themselves, but still managed a 20-10 win in Atlanta last week as 1-point underdogs.
San Francisco has traveled to Seattle, New Orleans, and Los Angeles, coming away with victories, including a +8.5 upset against the Rams. I don’t see why they can’t win in Houston, but I’ll take the +2.5 as insurance in case something wonky happens.

Christian McCaffrey is the focal point of the 49ers’ offense, and that should continue in Houston on Sunday afternoon.
He’s had at least six catches and 50 yards in every game this season, and he’s scored a touchdown in the last four as well. This seems like a great price given the situation.
