The Texas Rangers and Boston Red Sox finish up a three-game set this afternoon at Fenway Park.

Alex Bregman has been an RBI machine for Boston, and I’m expecting that to continue as I’ll explain in my Rangers vs. Red Sox predictions.

Rangers vs Red Sox prediction

My Rangers vs Red Sox best bet: Alex Bregman Over 0.5 RBI (+120 at bet365)

The Boston Red Sox offense has thrived this season, and Alex Bregman has led the way. The third baseman is doing what he does best: mashing baseballs. He’s hitting .327 with nine homers, 15 doubles, and 30 RBI. Bregman ranks Top 10 in the Majors in the latter category.

The veteran was 3-for-4 on Wednesday with three RBI, and he’s cashed the Over in five of his last eight contests. Bregman is nearly averaging one RBI per game, and 18 of his 30 RBIs have come at Fenway Park. Bregman has six of them in May already.

While he’s 0-for-2 lifetime against Texas Rangers starter Jack Leiter, Bregman is producing runs consistently, and he’s as confident as can be right now at the dish. After a monster day on Wednesday, Bregman will keep it rolling as the Red Sox look to win the rubber match today.

Rangers vs Red Sox same-game parlay (SGP)

Alex Bregman Over 0.5 RBI

Adolis Garcia Over 0.5 hits

Brayan Bello Under 2.5 earned runs

Adolis Garcia hasn’t had the best start to the campaign as he’s hitting only .238, but the slugger is hot over the last few games. He’s cashed the Over in hits in three straight and has six hits during that span.

Garcia was 1-for-3 on Wednesday and 3-for-3 in the series opener. He’s just 1-for-10 lifetime against Brayan Bello, but we have to consider him, considering how well he’s swinging it this week. He’s batting .263 on the road compared to .217 at home, and Garcia is hitting over .300 in May so far.

Bello is dominating for Boston early on, posting a 2-0 record in three starts with a 2.55 ERA. He’s struck out 12 in 17 2/3 innings of work while walking five. The right-hander has allowed Under 2.5 earned runs in two of his three outings, and he held the Twins to just one earned run last week.

Bello surrendered a mere one run to the Rangers in one start last season, and their lineup is hitting only .250 against him. Two of Bello’s appearances in 2025 have been at Fenway, and he’s produced a 1.54 ERA. He’ll carve up Texas in the finale.
