A busy 16-game schedule across the Majors has no shortage of value in my MLB player props analysis.

I'll start things off with Chris Sale, followed by Zebby Matthews and Pete Crow-Armstrong.

See more in my MLB picks for Friday, Sep. 4.

Chris Sale Under 1.5 earned runs (+109)

Chris Sale is dealing at the moment. The Atlanta Braves left-hander owns a ridiculous 1.02 FIP over the last month, allowing zero home runs and just 0.67 HR/9.

Sale is dialed in, and the Philadelphia Phillies aren't exactly flourishing offensively. They have an 85 wRC+ over the last week, and Sale has surrendered Under 1.5 earned runs in two of his last three appearances.

The veteran is in line for another gem.

Play down to -110.

Zebby Matthews Under 2.5 earned runs (+104)

Minnesota Twins righty Zebby Matthews is in wonderful form. He's allowed Under 2.5 earned runs in three consecutive outings, and Matthews has posted a 1.92 FIP over his last two appearances.

He hasn't allowed a single home run across those 15 1/3 innings, and Matthews has limited the walks as well.

He'll face the Chicago White Sox tonight, who have disappeared offensively with a 66 wRC+ and .087 ISO in their last seven contests.

This is a clear opportunity for Matthews to put together another quality start.

Play down to -110.

  • Where to watch: CHSN, Twins.TV

Pete Crow-Armstrong Over 0.5 runs (-129)

Pete Crow-Armstrong continues to strengthen his NL MVP case. The Chicago Cubs slugger has a .545 xwOBA in the last week, and he's reached base safely in seven of his previous eight games.

The Cubbies leadoff hitter is a sparkplug, and he's come across the plate 10 times in the last seven contests.

Chicago is absolutely scorching hot offensively as well, carrying a 164 wRC+ over the last seven days into tonight's matchup against the Miami Marlins

PCA is consistently getting on base, and the Cubs are driving in runs.

Play this pick up to -150.
