DiStefano's prediction: The Blue Jays have banked on big innings from Kevin Gausman this postseason, and that won't change tonight.

The World Series shifts north of the border for Game 6 with a chance for the Jays to close it out on Friday night.

They’ll turn to Kevin Gausman, whose outs total is way too low, making that market extremely attractive.

Blue Jays World Series Game 6 best bet: Kevin on Earth

Kevin Gausman Over 15.5 outs (-115 at BET99)

The Toronto Blue Jays couldn’t ask for a better situation, leading the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2 in the World Series with a shot to close it out at home with their ace on the mound.

Kevin Gausman has been dialed in this postseason, posting a 2.55 ERA, allowing just seven runs with 18 strikeouts in 24 2/3 innings.

He had a spectacular first outing against the Dodgers, going 6 2/3 innings, and cruised through the first six frames before allowing a couple of home runs in the seventh.

I expect a similar outing tonight. The Dodgers bats have been relatively cold this postseason, as they own just a .201 batting average. This group is hitting just .228 all-time against Gausman.

Gausman’s outs prop is set at 15.5 tonight, which is a fairly low number considering he’s had 17+ outs in each of his four postseason starts this year, including 20 outs in Game 2 against this same Dodgers lineup.

Additionally, it feels like the Blue Jays have much more faith in their starters than the bullpen arms. In a perfect world, Gausman pitches deep into the game, then hands the ball to Seranthony Dominguez and/or Jeff Hoffman to close it out.

Today’s Blue Jays Game 6 same-game parlay (SGP)

Kevin Gausman Over 15.5 outs

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Over 1.5 total bases

Addison Barger Over 0.5 hits

I’ll continue to bet on Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and add Over 1.5 total bases to my SGP. He’s cashed this prop in three straight games, and in 11 of 16 games this postseason.

For the final leg, I’ll go Over 0.5 hits for Addison Barger. He’s been on fire with six hits in his last three games, and has recorded at least one hit in nine of his last 10 outings.
