It's been mentioned before in this thread.
For a rough estimation
8 units on each RL, 4 on the ML and 2 on the totals will get you a little over 12 units as well.

SN himself said that he varies his RL and ML plays from 4 to 8 units depending on the lean. The difference in the 4 unit plays from the 8 can essentially put you in the red vs. the black. I am just trying to glean how he derives the 4 unit RL vs. 8 unit plays.

At 8 units a play the 4-4 RL plays would be up over 13 units. 

No, I think with all the great work SN has been doing, he may have finally realized that alot of people on this thread is being ungrateful and nconsiderate toward the work being provided.   So take a 'Wake-Up' Call and instead of always taking and critizing, try to be understanding and helpful

I'm just guessing here and thinking out  loud. Someone doesn't understand someone else's math and asks about it. When this happens, we can take it as someone asking a sincere question or insinuating that the thread starter is trying to pull one on the readers.

In this case, it turns out to be the former. I checked the math, and it works out.

One of the disadvantages of conversing with people online is that you can misinterpret what someone means. I call my friends idots, etc. all the time but it's all in fun. I wouldn't do that to any of you because I don't know you. This is where a smiley is very useful.

Maybe he'll be back tomorrow. It's a very interesting thread even though I don't base my bets on it.

Thank you RaleighDevil! Well said. The information age is a beautiful thing, but the human interaction and nuance of conversation has become lost. There is no question that SN is on to something and we are ALL appreciative. Without the questions and answers and reexamining of the system, this form is a very different system than on day one. I believe for the better. I think SN would agree. Like they say in grammar school, there are no stupid questions, just stupid people.  (and I'm not insinuating anyone is stupid here, so relax.)
