You get that when theres too many people on one side, like the New England over the other night. Get strong picks in early if possible to avoid that

im 14-1-1 i've had a few close games but try and not pick a game every day if i dont have a clear 5-8 point game favorite compared to the line

A December rally of 17-7-1, with 7 in a row now, guarantees that I will finish this year over .500 all-time.  The best thing about that is that I will collect a bet from my dear old Dad, who didn't think that I would ever make it back from the depths! Pay up Pops!!

Sadly, if survivor picks represent the best you can come up with, you really should be above .500.
But for me, when I'm back to 0, I'll occasionally make a pick without really researching it.  Probably why my percentage isn't so great.



Actually, it tougher than picking off a board.  You can't cherry pick games.....the ones available to pick in HNL and MLB are coin toss games.......you can't take a -212 team to roll......I submit that a 500 average on Survivor picks is a general indicator of a capper who on a big board would be 55%+.......they don't let you take too many mismatches in the Survivor contest guys........

I'm 268-253-9

I recently just went through a 12 game losing streak..no matter what I picked I lost.  I even followed the top survivor guys a couple times and took them down with me!

You got to hand it to those people that get 15 wins in a row.  That shit is hard to do...you have to be good AND lucky.  My high is nine and haven't really had a great run since.

Biggest streak 13 and yes you do get the prizes. I was 20 games over 500 but took a beating last month. Now I'm 7 or 8 over. Good luck people , I've been playing for a while now and 7 games in a row has been my biggest streak since I got 13 last feb

I always get to a streak of 5 or 6 then lose cos i get sucked into taking a favorite... Play all underdogs and unders on totals and u will b more successful i promise u. I have switched to that method of wagering on games and have won about 65 percent so far which is best i have ever done!!!!

I find myself going the same way as well in regards to the picks.  The best I have gone is 10 straight but I am above .500 now even though, when i lose a streak I get so fed up that i pick anything without thinking because its just the first game.  Key to it I think is every pick, think of it as: "Am I willing to bet 100K on this game"?

kjthebaron     you did not recieve any prizes because being Canadian you could only win cash prizes( at the time you won)....since the rules have changed you are now eligible for other prizes ...

Theres an element of luck, timing and relevant information.  A lot of people bet emotionally while others look at insurmountable stats that do not have particular relevance at the match at hand.  

In sports everyone wants to win but who's hungrier for the win? Who has the edge? Who wants revenge?

Why will they win? Why can they lose? Will they cover most likely or maybe? etc....

If you want success you need to look at the match up from the coaching, line up, numbers, match ups, schedule, etc....

After you have answered all these questions and more you need luck, probability or whatever you call it to fall the right way.

guys, i never have been since I started here in 2004 but im almost there now 571-572-23, i have a little 4 win streak and i can feel it baby.  for those wondering, i have a long of 9 and 1 hat
