Spread on the Canada game this afternoon, went from 4.5 up to 6.5, in 2 minutes. It might have even opened at 3.5 come to think of it.

Wow, Latvia opened at +6.5. Stupid Pinny had only $25 limits though...I hit it 4 times as quickly as I could and drove the juice to about -200...and it's now down to +5.5...

Oh, I thought it opened at 6.5...lol...crazy...

I feel fortunate to get a win on Canada today -5.5. When Latvia missed her last shot, most teams (i believe) would have shook hands, but she went and stood on the backboards as Jen drew for three and gave us the cover. Very lucky.

I agree on all the overs tonight, but I am staying away from the Swiss game. She does have a tendancy to play much more conservative and I am still trying to figure out, how that under didn't hit today, when they blanked the first three ends. I am on all three overs glad I grabbed them early in the day, when they weren't so juicy.

I like a women that isn't scared to wear a ball cap, so good for you Sweden.

Might lean to some dogs tonight, Swe, Norway and Swiss, all have some potential. Sweden is 2-2 all time vs Muirhead.

Unders suddenly on a huge run. Overs go 4-10 over the last few draws and now sit 24-14 overall.

How anyone can accurately predict totals in these tournaments is baffling to me. They always kill me.

I think the run of unders today, sets up well for over's tonight of which I am on all four of them. If Latvia can draw like they did against Canada, then I think they can keep the game close, leading to an over. I'm banking on Japan's tendency for overs to out do the Swiss conservative style. Sweden and Russia is a close match, so it should go right down to the wire and Canada is scoring in bundles, while still giving up some decent points to the opposition, so I like all of them tonight.

 On the sides,Japan can't find anyone to shoot 50% or higher as a skip, so Swiss looks enticing and I think Erika Brown finally meets some real competition tonight. I was hoping for Canada      -1.5, but at even money (when I got it) I put a small wager on Canada at -2.5. Sweden/Russia is a toss up and not a big fan of the Norway/Latvia game, but I would certainly go Norway -1.5 if pressed.

Wow, was the ending to the Canada/States game painful to watch.

I may lose these bets, but getting +200 for Norway against Russia and +150 for Swiss vs U.S. is too good to pass up. Not that Norway and Swiss are that good, but outside of the skip the States rink didn't show me much last night and has already lost to Latvia this week and Russia keeps tinkering with their line up and just got hammered by Sweden last night.

This last draw, all the games flew over....totals are so hard to predict right now IMO

What does anyone like for the eve? Maybe Scotland, Denmark and Germany on the spread?

Russia +1.5 against China?

Doing some pondering, but hit the overs already. I was hoping China would lose, then I was going to hit Russia, but now I am rethinking that game. There is no line, I really like at the moment. I am wondering if there is anyway Germany could have a let down after beating Canada  and now playing against Japan.

I don't know, there is absolutely nothing I like tonight. I think the best bet is probably Germany -1.5 as Meguro is just having an awful week and they're ready to go home.

Since it came down to plus money, I took Scotland -1.5 over USA. I also played very small on Latvia +2.5 and Russia +2.5. The over are where my money is on tonight, especially the USA game and also the Japan game.

After two ends the Latvia skip is shooting 6%. 1 point in 4 shots, that has to be a first.

Betting against Latvia all tournament has been the most profitable way to go...probably the one single factor in making  betting on this tournament profitable. Only bet the 4 sides tonite...2 done and cashed, 2 more on the right track, as long as Russia doesn't give up more than 2 in the 10th.

Anyone know what time the lines go up for the morning draws? I usually get up too late on the West coast here and things are already juiced right up!

Yep, outside of their game against Canada, where they actually scored some points, going against Latvia has been a real win. I have trouble laying -2.5 -177 with the Swiss, so instead have played the under.

Been a decent week, as we head into the last round robin day. I have my biggest play of the week on the Japan/Norway over this morning.  Have also played the Canada game over today too, to a smaller scale and I am on Sweden. I plan to probably fade the States in both games today.

As favs have really been clicking you can parlay all the morning ones this morning, for just a little over 2-1.

Seymour, yesterday at 6:30 am (CST) they had no totals or spreads just money lines and within 20 minutes of that they were up. Today at 6:20 a.m. they had all lines up.

Thanks Beam....I think my only play this morning will be Canada -2.5 and there is no way I am playing Swiss either. Oh, I'll tail you on the JPN/NOR over. I have done really well with sides but not totals.

What book do you use that does the parlays?

Also, see the lines up for the eve draw, what a matchup with Canada and Scotland. Scotland +150 looks worth a play. Any ideas on how the two have done head to head?

USA underdogs to China??? Am I missing something...I thought they'd be favored. Think I'll take US +1.5 -131

Who has the USA beaten? They had a schedule where they played a bunch of lousy teams to start which seriously inflated their record. Now that recently they played the tougher teams like Sweden, Canada, Scotland, they actually lost them all. They are not a very good team and even lost to Latvia.

The only reason China is not -300 here is because of how bad they played to start the week. However, they've now won 4 straight and 5 of their last 6 with the only loss coming in an extra end to Canada. China is the right side here, IMO.

You are right...I see the same, China on a roll and US not beating anyone, lose to Sweden today. The loss to Latvia has really kept me away from them and might here...I mean if they can lose to Latvia, one can't really trust them. How did they even lose to Latvia?? However, China just snuck by Norway and Russia by stealing 2 in an extra end. Not dominating stuff.

It will have huge implications for the playoffs and I think the US shows up. Could be a tight one IMO.
