I don't see how you playing football injured or not is relevant.  Yes, you had heart.  That is no different than Cutler....he played injured, has heart and the coach pulled him from the game.  True....Cutler does not wear his emotions on his sleeve - that is his trademark, win or lose.  It has nothing to do with his performance or relationship with his Bear team mates who absolutely have his back.

I agree completely. I'm not a big Cutler fan when it comes to his demeanor or social skills, but fact is the guy took a beating this season. Was sacked something like 55 times and got up and played after each one except sack #9 in the first half against the Giants. Lovie is the idiot here. He always takes time outs that are unnecessary and someone answer me why he didn't try a FG in the first half? One would have been 48 YDS and the other 50 YDS. My buddy was there and said he was hitting from 50-55 in pregame warm-ups. No excuse not to get points there. If they kick and make those 2 FG's, they could have been in position to win late. Just my two cents. Game is over and done with now. It will be interesting to see what the ramifications are from this during the off-season.

I agree Lovie made so many bad decisions in this game

If you're not comparing your injury to an NFL's player injury then why are you telling us how tough you are? Hines Ward couldn't go with a Mild MCL Sprain. Why are you telling us you were able to play all season with an MCL injury because of a "shitload of toughness?" By simple logic it seems you're saying you're tougher than Hines Ward.

And the thing about that one was he tried to play. Despite being so fucked up that he didn't know what sideline to go to (he went to the Giants sideline) he still fought to play. Only reason he didn't play is because he had no choice with the tougher stance the NFL has instilled on concussions lately.

Some great points here. From an outsiders perception he looked, again the perception was he quit on his team. If his team mates and the writers that are close to the team say that that's not the case . . . I sit corrected. I'll surely take the opinions of those close to the situation than the likes of Trent freakin Dilfer!

Good luck year Chicago and fairly or unfairly Cutler has got a serious PR problem that must be dealt with before next year.

Listen up bears fans. You havent had a Good QB ever. Yes Jimmy Mc won a SB. But hell anybody could have won with that defense. Go draft a QB and stop crying.

He played well all year and took alot more hits. He should not be judged based on 1 game but this one game was the 2nd biggest game of the year.

Cutler is arrogant for an average QB. Bears overated him and really, with the team they have, if they had a better QB, the Bears would be the best team in the NFL.

Shame the Bears cannot get someone like Cam Newton. He will be a franchise QB for sure similar to Josh Freeman and Aaron Rodgers

Out of 32 starting QBs in the league, Cutler made it to the final four.  He suffered a serious injury and the TEAM lost to one hell of a team - the Packers.  Healthy...who knows for sure, they may have made it to the Superbowl although I don't think they would have beat the Packers even with Cutler healthy.  How in flying f*ck he could be considered over rated is beyond me.  What else were you expecting?  Should they have won all the games the Bears did by a wider margin?

Cannot say Cam Newton will be good.He should be but there has been soooooo many QB busts in the past that were suppose to be good
