Dodgers Have Not Scored 10 or more in 29 games

Justin “I’m Shitty” Wrobleski coughs up a 2-run homer in the 1st inning for his second start in a row.

l concede. I concede it all. I hit all of this too hard and jinxed the hell out of the Dodgers.

Justin “I’m Regressing” Wrobleski is getting smacked around again. Instant leadoff double to begin the bottom of the 2nd. 

And as I type that, Justin “I’m a Sissy” Wrobleski fields an easy comebacker and tosses it like a girl towards 1st, but way off. The D-Backs now lead 3-0, but I already conceded this massive action, so who cares.

Lad offense is  at the moment.....idk why....the struggle is real...lol

Singles by the Dodgers’ #8 and #9 hitters brought up Shohei Ohtani with one out in the top of the 3rd. But superstars famously flop on the rare occasion I ask a road favorite (in any sport) to win or cover. Ohtani, who had already struck out to begin this disaster, looked at a called third strike, and then he made it worse by challenging the obvious strike.

Then Andy Pages hit a worthless double to put runners on 2nd and 3rd. I call it “worthless” because I never expect anything good to happen when my team has runners on 2nd and 3rd with two out. Freddie Freeman then hit one back to Rodriguez that hit off his glove and bounced away towards the 3rd base side. But, the pitcher ambled over, picked up the ball, whirled around and threw to 1st in plenty of time to get the slothful Freman.

Wow, these Dodgers do not care. D-Backs starter Eduardo Rodriguez is averaging 3 strikeouts every 4 innings this season in 136 innings, but today he recorded 6 strikeouts in the first 4 innings. 

Justin “I’m Bullpen Bound” Wrobleski was removed before he could make things worse and the L.A. relievers are doing a good job. 

Meanwhile so-called superstar Shohei Ohtani is 0-3 with two strikeouts, useless Mookie Betts is 0-2, and clueless Teoscar Hernandez is also 0-3, striking out swinging every time. 

The D-Backs let Eduardo Rodriguez keep going and going until he was up to a season-high 111 pitches. And then they let him go some more because today’s automatic out Ohtani was coming up. 

Rodriguez completed his 7 innings by getting Ohtani to feebly bounce out to 2nd.

The Dodgers are 1-7 last 8, and 3-9 last 12 games.

I get the trend, they can be powerful, but you have to stay away from poisonous teams in a funk. Especially a team like the Dodgers that carry a high price no matter their current form.

I'm late to the thread, haven't looked at covers in a few days. Sorry if this post sounds "after the fact" type. Not my intention. 

2 more innings, I'll be rooting for you guys.

Sickening double play ball by Freddie Freeman 

Damn, even Freddie sucks. 

Speaking of sucks, here comes Mookie, Tucker, and Teoscar in the top of the 9th.

Worthless Mookie swung at an 0-2 up around his neck. He sucks.

Kyle Tucker with another popup fly ball, his second of the afternoon. He sucks.

The clueless Teoscar Hernandez didn’t get the chance to be the final out in the Dodgers’ 8th loss in their last 9 games. Max Muncy was sent up there and he struck out.

Dodgers suck right now 2-8 last 10.

The hated Dodgers couldn’t quite hit .200 this weekend in Phoenix. They went 7-31 on Friday, 6-34 last night, and 6-32 today. That is a pitifully weak .196.

They’re just a bad baseball team right now except for the godlike Yoshinobu Yamamoto. They are 9-11 since the All-Star break and 11-16 over the past month.

Do Dodgers fans ever get upset by any of this? Or are they willing to forgive just about any level of incompetence after back-to-back World Series wins?
