2026

April 14th - The Dodgers defeated the Mets 2-1. The next day they beat them 8-2.

June 5th - The Dodgers defeated the Angels 1-0. The next day they beat them 9-2.

June 16th - The Dodgers defeated the Rays 1-0. They next day they beat them 5-4.

June 22nd - The Dodgers defeated the Twins 2-1 in Minnesota. The next day they beat them 12-3.

July 17th - The Dodgers defeated the Yankees 2-1 in New York. The next day was rained out, but they beat them 8-2 the following day in the first game of a day night DH.

July 21st - The Dodgers defeated the Phillies 2-1 in Philadelphia. The next day they beat them 9-5.

2025

May 2nd - The Dodgers defeated the Braves 2-1 in Atlanta. The next day they beat them 10-3.

July 12th - The Dodgers defeated the Giants 2-1 in San Francisco. The next day they beat them 5-2.

October 13th - The Dodgers defeated the Brewers 2-1 in Game 1 of the NLCS. The next day they beat them 5-1 in Game 2.

2024

June 7th - The Dodgers defeated the Yankees 2-1 in New York. The next day they beat them 11-3.

September 18th - The Dodgers defeated the Giants 2-1. The next day they beat them 6-3.

October 11th - The Dodgers defeated the Padres 2-0 in Game 5 of the NLDs, eliminating them. Two days later they beat the Mets 9-0 in Game 1 of the NLCS.

A bet on the Dodgers TT OVER 4.5 would be appropriate today given this 12-0 trend over the last two and a half seasons.

I’m sure glad we have smellybunty around. That’s a valuable dude. This trend looks like solid gold, and it makes sense that after lucking out despite producing little offense, the bats come alive the next day.

I unloaded on the Dodgers -1.5 +120 thanks to this latest golden nugget given to us by smellybunty, and I intend to bet more. 

l don’t want to get carried away, but this runline looks like a freebie today in the series finale at Chase Field, ESPECIALLY after the incredibly tight and lucky 2-1 win last night snapped a long losing streak. I think the Dodgers will come out today feeling no pain (nor pressure) and deal D-Backs starter Eduardo Rodriguez his third straight poor home start.

Heck yeah, that's an excellent idea.

Those two games vs. the Giants happened last year, not in 2024.

The Dodgers went 10-1-1 in the 1st 5 innings of those dozen wins that followed a close and low scoring victory. The one loss occurred this season in that 5-4 win over the Rays, which incidentally is the only one of the 12 wins that the Dodgers won by only one run. In that game, Dodgers starter Shohei Ohtani was cruising along with a 2-0 lead after 4 innings when he imploded in the top of the 5th, allowing 6 baserunners, 4 of whom scored. In the bottom of the 5th, the first 4 Dodgers reached base. They had a run in to make it 4-3 and had the bases loaded with nobody out. Then the bottom of the order (Alex Call, Dalton Rushing, Alex Freeland) failed to drive any of them in. Ouch. I remember that one.

Recent Dodgers dynasty history is screaming that, yes indeed.
