wednesday re-run for LVS? just bot 2k for day trade @ 9.65. will see what happens BUT still no stock to loan @ TD and with THAT many shorts out I'm playing the bounce again.

I took it right off the two day chart, walls. LVS floating around 9.80-9.85 right now. dumps down to 9.70 I will probably try it again IF it starts to stabilize there. the up moves are still more snappy than the downs.

I dont get the stock annoucement today from George..it makes NO sense. I havent been able to read anything as to WHY.
The only thing that makes sense is the two Cardiff rigs..he wants them and this is how he gets them, with lots of cash on the balance sheet. Its either that or he is wanting to buy some serious bulkage or a public company.

You have similar issues that I do, which stems from our past liquidity trading, due to the size of our positions that you can never allow one position to go against you for long without severe pain.
These banks are turning again..initial drops in KBE and rise in FAZ and SKF are now hitting their lows.
If this is all the bears can muster, this market will go MUCH higher and fast.

These banks are turning again..initial drops in KBE and rise in FAZ and SKF are now hitting their lows.

usually my position needs to puke on itself then settle in for a few weeks to start moving
Im in the same boat. Everything i buy goes up about 5% right away, and then vomits and i lose 10%. Then it works its way back up. Still holding 1/3 of my MGM position. I was hoping for a pullback to $10 or so to get back in. Not looking likely. Got out of Drys at $10 thank god. I will look to re-enter at $6. for now bought SQNM at $3.60 and of course it dropped to around $3.25. I think this could go to $5 anytime now

Here's an interesting article that made me feel a little better about missing the recent runup in financials(althogh my 401k undoubtedly benefitted from it):
I also forgot to post last wk that I sold my BZH just under 3 for about 150% gain in less than a month. My local contact w/BZH tells me things are still looking up but their earnings rpt last wk was enough to spook me and take my bet off the table.

well this is a small position for now...once this gets into the black then i will buy more
