New York Governor Cuoma said 40-80% of people are going to contract the coronavirus. Most won't be tested. Not enough tests or personal protective equipment. That's why there are exponentially more cases spreading than the public is aware of. It's hard to know the extent of outbreak in states that haven't tested anybody.
