It sounds like your going to get the money so now heed the advice regarding what to do now.  Most sportsbetters get hooked due to a big hit, (maybe not quite as big as this) so listen when people tell you to stop betting $500 10 teamers, because I guarantee you will lose it all back and more chasing if you continue.  Now is when you need to purchase a few needed assets, invest, and leave some in your acct to make sensible wagers. (straight bets).  This is now the advice you should be taking away from this thread.

The odds of hitting a ten teamer are 1024 to 1. It is like hitting the pick three number in a lottery. Not impossible. And you hear stories all the time of someone having a dream and playing 100 bucks on a number. Sure you dont hear the stories about guys losing but I think if your hot and up there is nothing wrong with taking a shot like that. Good job.

Obviously the odds above are for hitting a ten teamer spread parlay. He obviously had a lot of favorites in there so it only paid about 434 to 1.
A great way to hit some bomb parlays is to parlays the favorites with the run line. Some nights when the favorites roll you get great leverage on those. Or home dog parlays. I have hit a few nice ones in the hockey with the favorite puck lines.

I am loving how some people are quick to give advice to a guy who they do not know, and who just won $150K in one foul swoop.

that is one hell of a hit. nice job. having said that, you had damn well better talk to your tax man and let him give you some advice. as many people know about this now, you can bet your ass that someone is going to find out from the IRS. as someone who does it for a living, that get real shitty when they think you are screwing them out of their agreed upon %. of course, since you are offshore, might not matter?? worth finding out. again, GREAT hit.

This is very sound advice. You need to find someone that has experience in International Tax. The Big 4 usually has an International Tax Department/Specialists. For all you know, you may be void of paying tax due to the foreign payout. Deloitte has a blurb on their website and it'll be advantageous for you to dig here:
