Indiana deserves a lot of credit for playing some really good teams tough - took Michigan to OT - really tight game with Ohio St....etc....Of course their defense is another matter and Purdue has had some success against the softer Ds....We just do not see enough line value to take Purdue would want at least DD - we know it is a rivalry game and all - but Indiana has been much more consistent.

Summary. No leanage.

Looks like the -3 is coming back. Notre Dame money must be rolling in. I still like Stanford. Best OL in the country. Heisman candidate at RB and KR. Solid defense. And I believe a solid kicker. ND playing conservatively plays to Stanford's strength. Won't be an easy win though. Grind it out one.

Northwestern seems to have found their stride again - 3 straight wins and 9 on the season....needed +5 in turnovers to beat the Badgers last week but these Wildcats do it in unconventional ways.....Illinois a hard team for us to figure have not played one of their games yet....Definitely a notch down from NW but do have the Need to win to get to a bowl game angle with 5 wins....Our biggest worry is the NW rush attack vs the Illini run D that gave up 8 yds a carry last wk to Minny 255Y in total.

Summary. Lean Illinois TT under 20 or better if you need action but we are not putting any money down on this one.

Line looks about perfect to us - Now if Cook is good to go at QB for Mich St - obviously that makes a huge difference even though they won last week without him....Penn St is scrappy tho and their OL is pretty awful and they give up a ton of sacks and struggled last week with Michigan....Penn St offense #13 in the Big10 in offense and #8 in off yards per play so we feel that no matter what - Penn St is going to have trouble putting points on the board. Of course - with the pressure all on Mich St - all bets are off....Teams that "need" to win often disappoint ATS i mean they are essentially kids and the pressure often gets the best of them....Mich St probably in a spot they did not think a while ago - win 2 games in a row and they are likely in the playoff.

Summary. No lean on the side. Lean Penn St TT under 17 or better.

Looking forward to your La Tech/So.Miss write up mega. When so.miss played marsh they're D was spread real thin when marsh ran a spread and marsh just ran plays where the D was too light. I'm thinking that could be their demise today and might lead La Tech to a lot of scoring if theres a constant mismatch like that. So Miss has been a money grab against the bottom dwellers but tougher sledding as the comp gets better, even ODU was puttin up points last week, 30+. One hangup though is Tech really struggled with UTEP last game, i didn't see it so unsure why but don't think there were significant injuries in that one, lowest yardage and points of the year and one of UTEP's best defensive stat games (look ahead maybe?? idk)...
