It’s a battle for the fourth seed in the WNBA standings between two of the league’s hottest teams when the Indiana Fever visit the Atlanta Dream today.

Atlanta, which has ripped off wins in eight of its last 10, enter as slight 1.5-point home favorites against an Indiana team that's reeled off 10 wins over its last 13.

Offense has been at the heart of these respective streaks, and my Fever vs. Dream predictions and WNBA picks see the scoreboard getting a workout on Sunday, Aug. 16.

Fever vs Dream prediction

Fever vs Dream best bet: Over 187.5 (-110)

The Indiana Fever own the league’s top scoring offense and have been even better during their current 10-3 run, averaging nearly 100 points while shooting 50.9% from the field and 43.6% from three.

The Atlanta Dream are one of the few teams in the league that can match that firepower, averaging 94.5 points over its last 10 and 110.5 in its last two wins over Indiana.

Those meetings topped 200+ points, while three of the last four head-to-heads cleared the Over.

Indiana is also 15-6 to the Over following a win. With both offenses rolling, I’d play the Over up to 190.5 points.

Covers COVERS INTEL: The Fever’s streak is powered by all-world guard Caitlin Clark, who is third in the WNBA in scoring at 21.9 points per game. She’s also an extremely willing passer, leading the league in assists at 8.3 per contest.

Fever vs Dream same-game parlay

Angel Reese leads the WNBA in rebounding, and she’s been impossible to keep off the glass of late. The Dream big has picked up double-digit boards in seven straight games, going Over her 11.5-rebound line in all but one of those outings.

She’s pulled down at least 10 boards in eight of nine career games vs. Indiana, topping this line five times and missing it by just one rebound on two other occasions.

You can bank on Kelsey Mitchell for at least 20 points. The star guard has scored 20+ points in 18 straight games, and topped her 24.5-point line 13 times.

She’s shredded Atlanta for at least 25 in three of the last four matchups.
