I'd recommend this Over to -125 because Thomas remains a key receiver in the offense, and this is a low total in a favorable matchup. Philly has allowed the fifth-highest dropback success rate the past two weeks, and Thomas recorded 40 receiving yards in each of the first two games before scoring a touchdown in Week 4. Remember, too, he burst onto the scene during his 2024 rookie season with 1,282 receiving yards, so there's a history of high-end production.
This anytime touchdown prop is in play down to -115 because the Eagles surrendered two rushing scores in Week 4, and Tuten’s been a force for the Jaguars. Tuten has an elite 4.02 yards per carry after contact and 109.6 PFF elusive rating while handling 56.3% of the red-zone rushes for Jacksonville, including nine across the past three games.
Play up to 55%. Denzel Boston has cleared this number in three of four games and is averaging 21.8 yards per reception. With a 19% target share and 5.5 targets per game, he doesn’t need massive volume to surpass 49.5 yards.
Playable to 54%.
The Miami Dolphins have an NFL-worst (-55) point differential through four games and haven't finished a single game with better than a (-6.7%) Net Success Rate. Their struggles have been a combination of extreme youth and poor quarterback play.
Playable to 29%.
Mike Gesicki saw an expanded role after Ja'Marr Chase exited Week 4 early due to a concussion, finishing with 5 targets and 40 receiving yards. If Chase is forced to miss this weekend's game, Gesicki is likely to be one of the team's primary options through the air. Even if Chase is on the field, Gesicki is a good bet to find space to operate against a poor defense.
The New England Patriots haven't been great against the run, ranking 21st in the league by giving up 4.4 yards per rushing attempt. That should mean a few more open lanes for Ashton Jeanty and a strong chance of getting to this reasonable total. I'm taking him to get 60+ yards on the ground at up to 55%.
Ashton Jeanty has established himself as the go-to option in the running game for the Las Vegas Raiders with 78 carries in their first four games. Jeanty is also a big part of the passing attack for Las Vegas, where he's picked up two scores and 19 receptions this year. I'm expecting Jeanty to get back in the end zone this week, and I'm backing him to score at up to 47%.
Hockenson draws a strong matchup against a Saints defense that has allowed every opposing starting tight end to reach 47+ yards. New Orleans could also be weaker over the middle if MLB Kaden Ellis is unavailable.
Backing an 0–4 Texans team to cover 7.5 on the road takes some guts, but Tennessee looks like the perfect cure. The Titans average just 13.8 points, offering Houston’s defense a break after facing Buffalo, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Dallas. The Texans just dropped 30 on the Cowboys and held Tennessee to 13 total points in last season’s two meetings. Looks like a recipe for a get-right game.
Play up to 50%. C.J. Stroud has cleared this number in three of four games, including 347 yards against Dallas. Houston ranks sixth in passing but 30th in rushing, while Tennessee allowed 285 passing yards last week, supporting another pass-heavy approach.
I'm grabbing the Over here in a contest where Daniels' legs are Washington's best weapon. He's gone past this O/U rushing yards number in six of his past seven games and in all three career meetings with the Giants.
Fields has been called on for at least 65% of the snaps in every game so far - and he scored his first career TD last weekend. With the Commanders giving up 14 TDs through their first four outings this season, Fields gives the Giants a clear red zone mismatch.
The Pittsburgh offense is going through Warren on Sunday, and he's set up for success with Indianapolis ranking 24th run defense DVOA and 30th in PFF run defense grade. As a result, I would price this TD prop at -150. Warren has rolled over defenses the past two weeks to the tune of 134 yards after contact and sports a solid 28.1% broken-tackle rate for the year. I also see TD regression ahead considering he's failed to find the end zone through four weeks after scoring eight times across 16 games in 2025.
The Steelers have a massive rest and travel advantage this week, so I recommend this moneyline to 62%. Pittsburgh played on Thursday Night Football in Week 4, while Indianapolis is returning from London for this road game. This puts an Indy defense ranking 25th in defensive DVOA in a tough spot. The Colts have the fourth-lowest pressure percentage while also allowing the sixth-highest rushing yards per attempt, after all. As a result, I expect Pittsburgh to move the ball on the ground in horrible weather conditions to dominate the time of possession and keep the Indy offense on the sidelines Sunday afternoon.
I recommend this Over to 55% because Watson has garnered a 21.3% target share with quarterback Jordan Love posting a high-end 126.5 NFL passer rating when targeting his go-to receiver. Watson has also picked up a monster 331 receiving yards while posting a career-high 2.43 yards per route run and 6.6 yards after the catch per reception.
The touchdowns are coming for Loveland, and I recommend him to score down to +200 in Week 5. He's coming off his best game of the season (six receptions for 57 yards), which included three red-zone targets, and I also value him hauling in 15 receptions for 197 yards and a score against Green Bay in 2025.
Playable to 25%.
Tre Harris figures to be a focal point in the Chargers passing attack in Week 5, with Quentin Johnston already ruled out and Ladd McConkey listed as questionable due to a foot injury that forced him to exit last weekend's game early.
Playable to 52%.
Justin Herbert is going to have to get the ball out of his hand quickly this weekend against Broncos. Fortunately, he has an offensive coordinator in Mike McDaniel who has vast experience designing game plans to protect his quarterback when the team's offensive line isn't healthy.
Shaheed has been relatively quiet through four weeks with a modest seven receptions for 73 yards despite a healthy 15 targets. The speedster's 53.8% catch rate is way below his 63.9% mark through his first four seasons in the league, and his 10.4 yards per reception and 10.1 aDoT are also down. I would recommend this Over down to 48% because the San Fran secondary will be without starting strong safety Marques Sigle (ankle), and slot corner Upton Stout is nursing an AC joint sprain in his shoulder.
Back Wilson to score to -130 because his unrivaled lead role in the Seattle backfield will yield both a high-volume workload and high-value scoring opportunities again this week. In addition to Seattle scoring four rushing touchdowns across its past two meetings with San Fran, Wilson also found the end zone in Week 4 in the go-to role while picking up 3.43 yards after contact per attempt with a solid 100.0 PFF elusive rating.
How many Lamar Jackson injuries will it take for Baltimore to invest in a better backup? They’ve stayed below 20.5 points in eight of 10 regular-season games without him since 2022, averaging just 15.9 points. Huntley’s scoreless second half last week doesn’t inspire confidence, and Atlanta’s NFL-best 2.7 yards allowed per carry could shut down their Derrick Henry lifeline.
Backup QBs usually lean on TEs for quick hits and checkdowns and that’s been the case for Huntley during his two stints in Charm City. He threw to his tight ends 16 times over two starts last year and looked to TEs a lot whenever called into action for the Ravens in 2021 and 2022. Andrews boast the fifth highest target share (23.5%) across the position has posted 24, 27, 49 and 49 yards in the opening four games of 2026. His SNF forecasts all sit north of 30 receiving yards with some models pointing to 40 yards from the veteran.
The Bills continued to move away from 13 personnel last week, hitting a season-low 13% usage. Keon Coleman has benefited, playing 78% of snaps, the second-highest rate among Buffalo pass catchers. With DJ Moore yet to practice, Coleman looks locked into a WR1/2 role in an indoor game with a 54.5-point total and potential passing-game script. The Rams have two starting defensive backs questionable, with Quentin Lake missing practice and Jaylen Watson limited Friday. Over his last three games, Coleman has 129 snaps, 67 routes and 216 yards on 15 targets. His low receiving-yard total carries a 54.15 projection, making it the best +EV prop per THE BLITZ. Buffalo's top three receivers have a combined receiving-yard total of just 115, which is low considering the Bills' implied team total is around 26 points.
The Bills' defense is a laughingstock right now as new defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard struggles to get his new scheme figured out. Drake Maye and the Patriots just put up 405 yards in Orchard Park and went 3-for-3 in the red zone. The only team not to put up 25+ points against this Buffalo defense was the Chargers, who forced five turnovers and still converted 50% of their third downs. Matthew Stafford has completed 61 passes over the last two games against legitimate defenses in Philadelphia and Denver. LA might score 40 points on Monday. The Rams' defense just allowed 20 points to a no-name Philly offense that went 0-for-12 on third downs and managed just 10 passing yards in the second half. The only team not to score 20+ against them was the Giants, who lost Jaxson Dart early. Josh Allen's efficiency indoors is off the charts, and I love both QBs to keep this game alive in a negative game script and help backdoor the Over if need be.
Our experts and prediction models are hard at work analyzing the data. Check back shortly for today's picks, or explore our Computer Picks for inspiration.
For every matchup in an NFL season, our NFL computer produces selections for a variety of different betting angles. Our computer picks are based on a proprietary algorithm that values each team in the current week to produce moneyline, spread, and point total selections.
The table above, below the game picks, tracks our NFL computer's results over the last 100 games, outlining the record and profit for selections, based on $100 unit size. We track the profit based on both opening and closing lines for every matchup.
The easiest way to utilize our computer picks is to simply follow our selections for every matchup, what you'd call ailing the computer." But there are other ways to utilize our NFL computer picks, as well.
You can use our NFL computer as a jumping-off point to do more research into specific lines, cross-referencing with expert picks, which can be found above the selections for some matchups, recent NFL betting trends, and more.
As well, you can gauge the confidence of the matchup. The larger the projected score, the more confident the computer is in a specific pick.
Or, if you want to implement a system, betting only on underdogs, for example, you can look for matchups in which our computer likes the underdog to inform which picks you're going to hone in on for a given week.
We have these computer picks for every sport you're looking to wager on, as well:
NFL moneyline picks are the simplest way to get in on the NFL action. All you have to do is simply bet on which team you think will win the game.
For moneyline picks, the favorite is represented with a minus sign (-) in front of the odds, while the underdog has a plus (+). However, you don't get the same profit for picking an underdog compared to a favorite. If the favored team is -120, a $100 bet on them would pay out $80 in profit and $180 total, if they win the game. The underdog winning at +150 would pay out a $150 profit, $250 total.
We have a complete breakdown of how to read NFL moneyline odds for these NFL computer picks.
While moneyline picks are the simplest, picking NFL games against the spread is probably the most common wager for regular NFL bettors.
To bet an NFL spread, you wager on whether a team will win by a certain number of points or more or if they'll lose by fewer points than the spread. For example, if the spread is -6.5 for the New England Patriots, you would win the bet if they win the game by 7 points or more. Or if a team is +6.5, you're betting on if they'll win outright or lose by fewer than 6.5 points.
There is a correlation between moneyline odds and the spread, as books set these lines based on the same information.
You can read more about NFL spreads here.
If you aren’t entirely sold on which NFL team will win or cover in an NFL game, you can still use our NFL computer picks to bet on the point total.
As opposed to taking a side, in total or Over/Under betting, you wager on whether both NFL teams will combine for a final score of more than (Over) or less than (Under) the total number of points set by oddsmakers.
The computer picks, and your handicapping of totals is more about how you think both teams will score points, not which team has the edge to win.
