If this were the regular season, the Mets would be much shorter with Sean Manaea (career ERA of 4.08) toeing the rubber vs. Max Meyer (5.29). But this is Spring Training, where Manaea (4.73 ERA) has been dinged over the years. Meyer, by contrast, owns a solid 1.73 ERA in exhibiton play. Give me Miami as an underdog.

Ben Brown is off to a solid Spring Training start for the Cubs, pitching four shutout innings and fanning six with only three hits allowed and no walks. His opposite number is German Marquez, who had a disastrous 2025, going 3-16 with a 6.70 ERA. He's shown no signs of turing things around so far, as he got tagged for three runs on four hits in his first two innings of work for the Padres.
