I swear I read the first withdrawal is always free..
I withdrew $850, but they took around $910 out of my account..
Thought that was weird.. Its not THAT big of a deal since its a super fast payout.. But hey, Im just saying they should say the first payout is free if it isnt.. Should I complain on general principle to get my money back?

Free as in they don't charge you an added fee to do the payout, you still have to pay the WU fees, if the WU fees are included in the 850 though, then hell yes complain that is 60 bucks. With it being 60 bucks though i gotta thing that its the fees, as most would charge under 50 for payout by wu/mg

Put in a MONEYGRAM payout request at 10AM..............was ready at 4:30PM. Same day!

You get 1 free payout a month. Livechat.........they will reimburse you. Customer service is bad........you have to stay on top of them.

5dimes is an excellent book but you have to stay on top of them because their customer service people are very hodgepodge. If you call and ask ten people the same question, you'll get ten different answers.

As far as payouts go, I believe the free payout is given once per month if you request a check by Fedex. You have to request it on a Monday. I don't think they give any free payouts on Western Union or Moneygram.

I recieved a M/G and a W/U both this week. Also you do get 1 fre payout a month up to a certain amount on fees. Also you can only requests one of each every 7 days. Not alot of people know this but the normal amounts you can request are less than 1000 but if you request to use the Costa Rica processor rather than Nicaragua or Panama etc you can request up to 2500. I do it all the time and got 2 payouts already this week.

I'm on live chat with 5 dimes now, and I'm pissed.  It used to be 1 free payout a month.  Now they're telling me it's only 1 free payout a month if you haven't received ANY payouts in the last month.  So because I paid fees less than a month ago, I can't get a free payout?  What a joke.  They also raised their rates.  It used to be $30 for Western Union, now it's $45.  Money Gram was $70, not sure what it is anymore.

I'm about fed up.
