Is W.Hill App Down for Anyone Else

Or do they just not like me? Mine's been down about 20 min now

Working now. After it goes to halftime lol. Their servers can't handle a super bowl crowd apparently

Yeah finally able to get back on at halftime. They're getting worse and worse these days. Been using them less and less lately. Tired of nonstop fighting their ingame to get bets in.

Still not working here.

William Hill has the absolute worst betting app I've ever seen. It's constantly out of service and even when it's working their live betting sucks. It may be back up and running now but once the third quarter starts, it'll go down again.

Going on 15 hours down since before halftime!

I was able to log in briefly after the game was over.. their system is so screwed up right now. I logged in and had a negative balance believe it or not lmao. Never seen anything like that before. And they have open tickets on past games that were over but are counting it as open tickets which is why my balance is screwed up I supposedly owe William Hore $280 

This is the worst thing I've seen from their app yet and couldn't have come at the worst time right on the Super Bowl. They better be on everyone's good graces and hook it up with a $100 free bet. I would never put serious money down with them even before this fiasco. I used them for in-play(which also sucks cuz they tightly control it now) and better future odds on some teams. Sometimes they will have better lines on games only because other sharper books like Circa,  lines would get hammered down quick but WH lines haven't adjusted. I use them as a secondary option if it weren't for those I'd have no other use for them 

I’m at a casino in New Mex. William Hill.  I’m owed $5000 and can’t collect my ticket.  They are still down. They don’t even act like it’s a big deal. 

I paid them 2200 in cash they have that money and all my money I won too.  So sick. 

Did anyone have issues in any of Vegas casinos collecting? I doubt it. 

So your app was down in New Mexico too? Thought it was only a Vegas thing. Interesting if this was all over America. I dont know if people had problems collecting over the counter with regular betslips but on the app if you have a negative balance you cant withdraw or place a bet.. i currently cant place a bet right now. Reading issues all over twitter that some users cant collect their Super Bowl winnings...

 Ok makes sense then. Their servers have completely crashed so cant place a wager on app or over the counter. This happened one time before 4 or 5 years ago on NFL opening day in the morning. Couldnt bet an hour before kickoff. Would work briefly in the afternoon and then crash again. That was a mess i think it lasted for half the day until the night was over . But this is definitely the longest ive seen it down. 

Bullshit bookie. They always do crap to us.  Need to find new bookie app

The really sad thing is that William Hill couldn't care less. They're a crap operation with a prehistoric website that constantly goes down. Their live betting is complete trash. Even when it's working, it's very hard to get a bet in. Then they'll have the lines posted for some of the live betting games and they'll adjust them but it shows as suspended so you can't bet it. Trash operation. 

I left.  They said to leave the tickets with info on back. Supposedly they are sending me a check.  I’ll hold my breath. 

William Hills been down for almost 22 hours now play your throw my balance says zero wiped out even though I won big BS app done with them! 

I'm going back to boyd. the odds are not as good but at least it seems stable.

Yeah this sh!t is ridiculous. Down since the second quarter yesterday. Almost a full day now. This has happened 3 or 4 times in the last couple years, usually they have it back up in an hour or two and then kick everyone a free $25 bet to try and make up for it. Quit using them a couple months ago after being fed up having to nonstop fight their ingame to get a bet in. Thought I would give them one last shot yesterday, that will teach me.
