First, we all know these two are the same company. But regardless, my story is that I transferred funds to MatchPay. I do not want to withdraw the funds and would like them returned. Instead, they have asked that I send them a copy of my ID, a selfie holding my ID and a screenshot of them telling me to do this. Is there any way I can have my funds returned to Bovada?
Also, I've had the same problem as most with people not sending and saying they did. I even had someone call me and try to do an additional scam saying they were ApplePay. My CashApp account was closed because a trader send $200 accidentally and I took more than 5 minutes to return it and he reported my account to CashApp.
It is a nice feature, but the problems are not worth it. I will be only using crypto from now on.
