I went to withdrawal then they temporarily suspended my account and requested some verification documentation which they’ve been reviewing now going on about 6 days. Every time I talk to their live chat they still said their operations department is still reviewing it and can’t give me a real time on when they’ll pay me out. I understand the verification process is needed by some books but they seems kind of shady. Anyone ever experience this before with Bally bet? Will they pay me? Are they just taking their sweet time? Thanks fellas. Kinda nervous. 8k is a good amount of money for me right now

So if this cash out works, then make a second Cash out and if it goes through with no issues then at least you can feel somewhat comfortable doing business with them. But these books when someone get hot they want to fuck you any way they can

Dion- I’m assuming they’ll have to pay out right? They’re a licensed entity under the AZ gaming commission and they’re a legit LLC. They’re just trying hard to not pay me probably huh? I assume I’ll get my money at some point but they’re definitely trying to screw me. Every time I contact them they always say my verification documents are still under review and once completed I’ll receive an email and they will deposit my money back.

thanks for your input. I would assume I’ll get paid as well. If they did this to everyone who won a few measly grand they wouldn’t be in business. But I could be wrong. I read reviews online about them that are not good.

Aron- I just harassed their customer service everyday. I still haven’t gotten my money yet tho but it seems to be in process. I emailed the AZ gaming department as well and they told me they reached out to them and give them about 7-10 days to respond. So I definitely put some pressure on them. Again I have t received my money yet but it does seem to be in process at least. They are for sure a terrible book tho. I would stick with fan duel or draft kings all day for anyone who sees this post.

Been trying to withdraw it and they have been fcking with me with BS more documentation. Live chat , same shit!!! They said it's internal so they can't control it. I was looking over all my apps & tried to login into ballys. it said contact customer service via the live chat. I did & they told me I had closed the account (I didn’t even remember), AND THEN THEY ASKED ME IF I’D LIKE TO REOPEN IT. THEY ASKED ME, AND I SAID OK SURE. IT WAS ALL A BIG LOVE FEST. SO THAT NIGHT I DEPOSITED $600. fast forward to Sunday morning & I was up to $8,000. I ordered a $5k payout. I could already feel it was going to take forever. so nothing Sunday & monday, I was getting frustrated. I pissed away the $3k that morning on tennis, like it was Monopoly money (because it was). Then like an hour after losing that last 3K I got the infamous email about having to send in 8 million things that they wanted me to send in. Front and back of my debit card front and back of my ID ID up to my face bank statements, etc. and I sent everything immediately. I did not hear from them and got no reply all day Tuesday all day Wednesday and then this afternoon I got the email that I posted on here. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I did try to contact them and they did not reply to one email and I got the same BS runaround on the live chat every time I went on there. So I got that email today and you could say well you closed your account because you didn’t get a bonus and you were mad. OK I agree. But then, Bally re-opened the account on Friday. Bally took my $600 deposit. If I would’ve lost the 600 would they have sent it back to me? Would they be sending me all these emails? So if you say well, you closed your account, then you reopened it, Really? That’s why I’m getting fucked out of $5000 that I won? lol. And again, the most important fact is THEY OPENED UP THE ACCOUNT LAST FRIDAY And it was all everybody’s getting along and happy type thing. so that’s the bad faith? Because I closed the account, It was never actually deleted, And then they reopened it last Friday, And also to be clear, I never even got a bonus. ok then, sorry for the essay.
