Pretty demoralizing when companies can take your money and then not pay out when you win... I'm simply following up as I have not heard anything back from either companies. Yours and the organization you recommend I used to get my money back. I also see that this company is still on your website... And other members had issues with them as well... Just not right for the customer... I am disappointed with this process and the lack of help....
