So I withdrew my $1000 CA through DIRECT BANK TRANSFER from Bodog on December 24th, 2011, and it was accepted on this day.

I contacted them like 5 times last week to find out where my money was? They said it was because of the holidays, new years, christmas etc.

Now guess what? On January 11, 2012, they emailed me again saying their were "technical issues with your payout, and it has been re-processed, and you will receive your funds within the next few business days"

Now I'm extremely pissed off, and I was wondering if anyone has filed a lawsuit against these chumps? I need my money by tomorrow. I will update you guys if I get it or not.

Of those roughly 50 checks, only 2 bounced and they sent me a new check that eventually cleared.

Just my two cents.

Going to have to agree with this completely....started playing poker on bodog in 2002 during college classes. Have had probably a few less payouts than him....maybe 25 in total ranging from a few hundred to 3000 and only one just recently had an issue. They emailed me and said the check wasnt good and they were sending another one. They did and it cleared just fine.

I think the thing you have to remember for US players and bettors is that this isnt totally legal from a deposit standpoint and so getting our winnings back to us is not always easy. They have to skirt around laws and regulations and keep setting up fake companies and bank accounts to do so. Just stay calm and wait for your money. If a check bounces just work through customer service. Worrying is like a rocking chair it gives you something to do but doesnt get you anywhere.

i may post a new thread. but i wanted to warn users of bodog.
i logged into my account it says no payout available with no other explanation. They didnt reply to my email so i had to call their expensive cust serv line. What is the number you have? The number i have from the website costs me about USD10 to talk to a lady called Maria, who put me on hold on and on, to tell me that it is because my debit card had expired. They could have said that before, so i updated my card and she promised the payout will be made. Three days later, the money is stil on my bodog account, and i dont want to waste another 10 dollars to repeat exactly the same process. What is the number you called to get anything sorted?
Is there someone from bodog reading this? I think i should be entitled for a compensation for the appalling customer service which we see is common thanks to this forum.
so yes it's probably time to find another book.

check took a while but it came, 3-4 weeks
no other problems, cashed out 1500 no problems cashing it
overrall good book, i actually withdrew from bovada.lv their new site and got my money no problem, it was right after the super bowl so that probably didnt make it come any faster.

Just wanted to provide an update. Withdrawal request was March 11th. Got my Check yesterday, April 6th. I spoke with customer service a few times and they told me the payout was approved on the 11th, and the check was processed and sent out for delivery on the 30th.

I received the tracking # on April 3rd on my bovada account, through their little e-mail service.

Hope this helps.

I hope not.

I guess I should update my situation as well. Received my check a month after the withdrawel date. Deposited with no issues.

After that I withdrew from Bovada.lv for a Super Bowl deposit I made and after a month and a few emails I finally received my check and it cleared no problem. Check took a full month(So a month from the week after the Super Bowl was played) to reach me and there was no tracking number sent ot me while I waited. The check just showed up one day. Pretty different from the S.O.P.'s from the days of Bodog.

Despite all the waiting I can honestly say that once the check gets to me I have had no problems with either service.
