Is any truth in claims that Winning Bettors Accounts are being closed or limited by the books?

I heard it many times  - but is there any truth in that? I am especially interested to know if books like Stake, Bet365, Pinnacle, Sportsbet. VC have closed winning players accounts seizing the money or returning the winnings or limiting the winning gamblers?
