The PGA Tour heads to TPC Craig Ranch in Texas for the AT&T Byron Nelson — the final stop ahead of next week's PGA Championship at Oak Hill.
World No. 2 Scottie Scheffler is making his return after a three-week hiatus, while fellow Longhorn Jordan Spieth had intentions of teeing it up before news of his wrist injury/subsequent withdrawl hit the internet on Monday.
We break down their chances and more in our AT&T Byron Nelson betting preview below, including live odds, free golf picks, and more.

AT&T Byron Nelson picks and predictions
Matt Kuchar over Adam Scott (-125 at bet365)
Matt Kuchar has strung together four straight quality finishes ahead of the season’s second major and the veteran gets a favorable matchup in the final tune-up against an Aussie who hadn't recorded a strong finish prior to his T5 at the Wells Fargo last week.
And while Scott did win this event some 15 years ago (on a different course), it’s Kuchar who possesses the better, deeper resume here at the Byron Nelson.
Kuch has gone T12 and T17 in the two TPC Craig Ranch editions but has also recorded four Top 10s and seven Top 20s over his last 10 tries.
The putting and scrambling numbers have been excellent over his last four starts and he’s done just enough from tee to green to work himself into the mix. He even gained more than 7.5 shots on approach during a T3 finish at the Texas Open in April.
With FanDuel listing Kuchar as a -148 favorite, this -125 price at bet365 is a pretty significant discrepancy — a discrepancy his recent form and track record have me ready to take advantage of.
K.H. Lee Top 20 (+138 at Unibet)
There’s really no need to overcomplicate this: K.H. Lee is a two-time winner here at TPC Craig Ranch and considering he just logged a T8 at Quail Hollow last week; all signs point to another strong week.
His scoring average here through eight rounds is an otherworldly 65.6 and that includes a 63 and a 64 back in 2021, with both of his wins coming through great putting (+3.96 and +4.40 true strokes gained putting in 2021/2022) and even better iron-play performances (+5.36 and +8.04 on approach).
That’s right in line with how he played at the Wells Fargo last week, gaining 6.68 shots with the putter and 3.88 on approach.
There hasn’t been a three-peat on the PGA Tour since Stricker at the John Deere from 2009-2011 and while another win for Lee is asking a lot, working his way back into the mix should be the bare minimum.
AT&T Byron Nelson field and favorites
With just one of the Big 3 teeing it up this week, it's not surprising to see Scottie Scheffler (+350) sucking up so much of the market at TPC Craig Ranch.
The OWGR No. 2 has two wins to his name this season and has finished T12 or better in 12 straight events going back to October (!). That high-level consistency means the 2022 Masters champ is in contention week in and week out and with home-field advantage in Texas, this week should be no different.
Two-time defending champion K.H. Lee sits fifth on the board at +2,200, slating him in between Jason Day and Hideki Matsuyama. The longshot odds he's been fetching here in recent years are long gone.
This is also the home of Jason Day's first PGA Tour win, winning by two strokes in 2010. 2018 champ Aaron Wise is also on the board at 40/1.
