Our weekly Staff Parlay and Teaser Picks competition has, mercifully, come to an end.

Like many other things in 2020, our collective NFL betting picks this season had fairly sub-par results (can't win 'em all!), but the competition was thick. Four different Covers staffers held down the top spot throughout the year, although defending champ Andrew Caley would ultimately finish atop the podium, dodging big-swinging haymakers from the opposition down the stretch.

The Champ needs a victory lap, and football bettors need some picks for the Wild Card round in what's been a pretty damn wild NFL season. So without further ado, our parlay and teaser picks for this weekend...

NFL Wild Card Teaser Picks

Andrew Caley, Senior Editor (@Covers_Caley) ***2020 Champion***

The two-time defending Champ does not rest on his laurels. We might as well be the best in the playoffs as well. If the Bills win a home playoff game and no one is there to see it does it really count? Tom Brady's playoff record on the road is not terrific. Defenses will roar for the Bears and Saints. And the Browns will keep things close as long as Nick Chubb doesn't get COVID.

PICK: 6-Point Teaser (Buffalo -0.5, Washington +14.5, Chicago-New Orleans Under 53.5, Cleveland +12.5) +250

Rob Hansen, Content Coordinator (@Mookie_45)

There once was an old man called "Big Ben
Who needed a breather every now and then.
He took a Week 17 layoff,
To rest for the Wild Card playoff.
He and Baker will light it up once again.

PICK: 6.5-point teaser (Buffalo PK, Tampa Bay-Washington Under 51.5, Tennessee +10, Cleveland-Pittsburgh Over 41) +200

Josh Inglis, NFL Writer (@inglis_josh4)

The Bills are a little banged up at their skilled positions, the weather is looking cold and could be windy and we aren’t sure we trust the Bills run defense against a Colts team that has been dominating on the ground of late. The seven-point line gives us a great opportunity to tease the Colts up to +12.

The Steelers conveniently sit at -6 and play a team with no HC and a decimated O-line...tease em to the ML.

Rounding out this three-teamer is a great defense that could prove a lot of people wrong this weekend. Washington is also getting eight points and if we tease that to 14, that's too much for a Top-10 defense.

PICK: six-point, three-team teaser: (Indianapolis +12, Pittsburgh ML, Washington +14) +180

NFL Wild Card Parlay Picks

Jason Logan, Senior Industry Analyst (@CoversJLo)

A three-team parlay with the anchor being the Saints on Sunday, for hedging purposes. Taking Washington +8.5 vs. Tampa Bay and Under 42.5 in Rams-Seahawks on Saturday, and letting NOLA bring it home with Saints -10 versus Chicago. That bad boy is paying out at 6/1 and if it’s still alive for the New Orleans game we at least have an out with the hedge. You always need to know where the exits are.

PICK: Three-team parlay: Washington +8.5, Under 42.5 Rams-Seahawks, Saints -10 +600

Jared Hochman, Publishing Editor (@JLHoch)

This is the first time we get three playoff games on Saturday and Sunday, so plenty of action to be had.

I’m not backing Philip Rivers on the road in the playoffs, so I’ll take the Bills to cover. I expect Tompa Bay and the WFT to have a low-scoring affair in primetime. King Henry runs all over Baltimore again and Big Ben torches the pathetic excuse of a Browns secondary.

PICK: Buffalo -6.5 (-107), Tampa Bay-Washington Under 45 (-111), Tennessee +3 (+106), Ben Roethlisberger O2.5 Passing TDs (+166)  +1,915

Jameson Mossman, Social Media Coordinator (@Covers_JaMo)

This year has been the year of the underdog, with pups cashing at 55.5% of the time. Over the last 10 year they have done well on wildcard weekend, cashing 58% of the time. So why not lean into that trend with a three-team underdog money line parlay!

Tom Brady hates when he’s constantly under pressure, and what is Washington really good at? Pressuring QBs! That defensive line is going to be a headache for the Bucs. Next, we go with the Titans who have had Baltimore’s number over the last few years and the same can be said for L.A. when they face Seattle (3-1 ATS in last 4 meetings).

PICK: Three-team underdog parlay (Washington +9, Los Angeles +3.5, and Tennessee +3.5) +516

AJ Salah, Publishing Editor (@Salas42_)

Oh, so you're telling me I get to do this without worrying about the commitment implications of a season-long competition? Let's go big and parlay the spreads for the weekend's full slate. Don't try this at home:

Bills to continue their ATS tear, Rams to smother Seahawks' subdued attack, WFT to WTF the Bucs, Ravens clearing Titans, Steelers murking Browns, and Mitch to pull a miracle and keep things close against the Saints

PICK: Six-team parlay: Buffalo -6.5, L.A. +3.5, Washington +9.0, Baltimore -3.0, Chicago +10.0, Pittsburgh -6.0 +4,377

Rohit Ponnaiya, Digital Content Producer (@Covers_Ro)

If I'm gonna keep losing parlays I might as well have some fun with player props and betting what we already know. Russell Wilson hardly ever has big passing games against the Rams, the league's leading receiver should burn the Colts secondary and the Titans are a run-first team.

PICK:  Three-Pick Parlay - Russell Wilson passing yards U254.5 (-112), Stefon Diggs O90.5 (-112), Ryan Tannehill pass attempts U33.5 (-112) +578

Brandon DuBreuil, Content Manager (@CoversBD)

I’m going Wild this weekend and parlaying together an alternate spread or moneyline pick for every single game. And those who follow me on Twitter probably won’t be surprised that I’m starting things off with a play on the Colts…

PICK: Parlay (Indianapolis +14.5, LA Rams +10.5, Washington +14.5, Baltimore ML, Chicago +17.5, Pittsburgh ML) +628

Patrick Everson, Senior Writer (@Covers_Vegas)

If things continue like this, I’m probably going to be banned from submitting my card for this weekly article. It’s really been that awful. So I’m definitely in WTH mode. I do not recommend that you be in WTH mode with your money, so take this ticket with a huge grain of salt: Titans moneyline +160 vs. Ravens, Seahawks -3 vs Rams, Browns-Steelers Over 47.5. No analysis. No commentary. Hasn’t helped all season, so no reason to bore you with it now. Fade accordingly, and have a great Wild Card Weekend!

PICK: Tennessee ML, Seattle -3, Celveland-Pittsburgh Over 47.5 +847
