The race to the bottom takes the spotlight Sunday at Allegiant Stadium, where the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Giants clash with the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft looming.

Both teams arrive at 2–13 and riding nine-game losing streaks, but there’s still room for late-season statement performances, and my Giants vs. Raiders predictions point to a big outing from New York’s playmakers.

Read on for my NFL picks for this December 28 matchup.

Giants vs Raiders prediction

Giants vs Raiders Best bet: Tyrone Tracy Jr. Over 58.5 rushing yards (-114)

Try telling Tyrone Tracy Jr. that these are just meaningless late-season contests. Though the New York Giants have stumbled to loss after loss, Tracy Jr. continues to run hard, and I expect New York to stick with a run-heavy script this weekend against the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Giants rank third in the league with 29.9 rushes per game, and there’s a lot of sense in easing the pressure on Jaxson Dart in the pocket by handing the ball off to capable running backs. So this prop jumps off the screen, with Tracy Jr. racking up 60+ rushing yards in five of his last six outings.

In fact, Tracy has reached the 70-yard mark in four of those games, despite ceding a share of the touches to Devin Singletary.

The Raiders are no slouches against the run, but Maxx Crosby’s knee injury hurts their ability to wreak havoc up front, and I’m wagering on Tracy Jr. to turn 15+ carries into a productive afternoon at Allegiant Stadium.

Tracy Jr. has had a run of 10+ yards in six of his last seven outings, and the threat of Dart using his legs will force the Las Vegas linebackers into difficult decisions.

I’ll gladly take the Over on Tracy's line that should really be north of 60.

Giants vs Raiders same-game parlay

These are still valuable outings for Aston Jeanty, too, as he wraps up his rookie year behind a subpar offensive line. But he can still reach the 1,000-yard mark, and I’m picking Jeanty to add to his tally of 10 touchdowns this season — five rushing, five receiving.

He should get red zone opportunities here against a leaky New York defense.

Wan’Dale Robinson should see plenty of action in a Giants offense that’s short on options without Malik Nabers and Cam Skattebo.

Robinson had a quiet afternoon against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 16, but he’s tied for ninth in the NFL with 81 catches, and he’s been targeted 8+ times in six of his past seven games.

Giants vs Raiders SGP

  • Tyrone Tracy Jr. Over 58.5 rushing yards
  • Ashton Jeanty anytime touchdown
  • Wan’Dale Robinson Over 5.5 receptions

Our big-ticket SGP: Dashing Dart!

The Giants would surely like to limit Dart’s scampers, but the rookie QB loves to put his body on the line.

He’s picked up 212 rushing yards across his last five games, including nine carries for 63 yards against the Washington Commanders two weeks ago, and I don’t see his recent concussion holding him back.

Giants vs Raiders SGP

  • Tyrone Tracy Jr. Over 58.5 rushing yards
  • Ashton Jeanty anytime touchdown
  • Wan’Dale Robinson Over 5.5 receptions
  • Jaxson Dart Over 29.5 rushing yards

Giants vs. Raiders game predictions

Giants vs Raiders moneyline prediction

In what feels like a loser-takes-all clash, I’m staying away from the moneyline. Both teams are 1-9 SU in their past 10 contests, and there’s no real incentive for a change in fortunes here.

The Giants are 0-8 on the road this year, while the Raiders have lost their last four outings at home. The hosts picked up a blowout win in the previous meeting between the teams, back in 2023.

Giants vs Raiders spread prediction

Despite all the losses, New York is 7-8 ATS this season and hung around in a 16-13 setback against the Minnesota Vikings last weekend, despite Jaxson Dart finishing with just 33 passing yards.

The news that Maxx Crosby is out for Las Vegas should give the Giants a better chance of protecting their quarterback in this matchup.

Giants vs Raiders Over/Under prediction

The Over is 8-2 in the Giants’ last 10 games, but just 5-5 for the Raiders in that same span. Even so, I expect both teams to keep the scoreboard ticking over.

New York has given up 27+ points in four of its past five outings, so those defensive flaws should breathe life into a Las Vegas offense that’s scored more than 20 points just once in the last seven contests.

Giants vs Raiders odds

  • Spread: Giants -1.5 (-105) | Raiders +1.5 (-115)
  • Moneyline: Giants -120 | Raiders +100
  • Over/Under: Over 42.5 (-115) | Under 42.5 (-105)
