Opening line

Clemson -16, Over/Under 65.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 7 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Shortly before kickoff, Clemson is back to the opener of -15 at BetMGM Nevada, after spending time at -14 and peaking at -15.5. "We definitely need Miami," BetMGM's Jeff Stoneback sad. "Ticket count is 3/2 Miami, but money is  3/1 Clemson. And there are a lot of parlays still alive on Clemson."

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET FRIDAY: PointsBet USA's Patrick Eichner said Clemson opened -14, and that number stuck all week until Friday afternoon, when it went to Clemson -15.5. "More action coming in on the Miami +14 side, with 61 percent of the spread bets and 57 percent of the spread handle." The total went from 61.5 to 64, then peeled back to 61, but money and tickets are both running a little above 2/1 on the Over.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: At DraftKings, Miami moved from -16 to -14 and is taking 56 percent of early bets and 80 percent of early money. The total opened 64 and moved to 63.5, with 77 percent of tickets on the Under, but money nearly dead even, at 51 percent on the Under.

---

Clemson is already down to -14.5 on Monday night at FanDuel, where early bettors are jumping on the underdog. Miami is taking 73 percent of tickets and money on the spread, and the Hurricanes have even greater support on the moneyline, at 77 percent of bets/97 percent of dollars. And the total plunged from 65.5 to 60.5 Monday, despite a large majority of tickets and money on the Over.

Opening line

North Carolina -3.5, Over/Under 60.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 10 A.M. ET SATURDAY: North Carolina dipped from -5.5 to -3 at BetMGM Nevada. "Ticket count is almost dead even, but the money is on the dog," BetMGM's Scott Shelton said.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET FRIDAY: PointsBet USA opened the Tar Heels -5 and is down to -3.5, a move backed up by the betting splits. "More money on the VaTech side, with 58 percent of the bets and 67 percent of the handle so far," Eichner said.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: The Tar Heels opened -5 at DraftKings and moved to -5.5 early, then ticked back to -5 Tuesday afternoon, with some rather intriguing betting splits: 71 percent of tickets are on North Carolina, but 74 percent of money is on VaTech.

---

This line was volatile early, jumping from Tar Heels -3.5 to -6.5 in a matter of minutes Sunday, then receding to -4.5 by lunch hour Monday. Through Monday night, Carolina is taking 62 percent of tickets and 54 percent of money on the spread. The total went from 60.5 to 61.5, then fell to 57.5 Monday afternoon, and it looks like there's some sharp play here: 75 percent of tickets are on the Over, but 63 percent of money is on the Under.

Opening line

Georgia -14, Over/Under 44.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Georgia opened -14.5 at FanDuel and is down to -11 today on two-way action, with the Bulldogs attracting 58 percent of tickets/56 percent of money. Tennessee is getting action to pull the upset, taking 69 percent of tickets on the moneyline, although cash on the moneyline leans toward Georgia (52 percent).

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Georgia opened -13.5 at PointsBet USA and is currently -12.5. "Action on this one is fairly split so far, just about 50/50," Eichner said. The total opened at 43.5 and dipped to 42.5, then ticked to 43, with two-way action and the Over getting getting 53 percent of tickets/55 percent of money.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Georgia moved from -14 to -12.5 at DraftKings, despite taking 62 percent of tickets and 71 percent of money so far.

---

By Monday afternoon, Georgia had already dialed down to -12.5 at FanDuel on two-way action. Through Monday night, Tennessee is taking 57 percent of bets, while Georgia is getting 58 percent of dollars.

Opening line

Oklahoma -2.5, Over/Under 70.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 11:45 A.M. ET SATURDAY: The Sooners moved from -1.5 to -3 at PointsBet USA, but the splits don't necessarily reflect that. "Surprisingly, more money on Texas spread, with 56 percent of the bets and 59 percent of the handle," PointsBet's Patrick Eichner said. The total surged 2 points in the last 24 hours, from 72.5 to 74.5, with the Over taking 71 percent of bets/66 percent of money.

UPDATE 10 A.M. ET FRIDAY: BetMGM Nevada opened Oklahoma -1.5 and got to -3 this morning. "Ticket count is about 2/1 Oklahoma and money about 3/1 Oklahoma," BetMGM's Scott Shelton said. The total opened at 72.5 and hit 73.5 this morning. "They're playing the Over. Almost nothing on the Under."

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Sooners opened -1.5 at PointsBet USA for the Red River Showdown. "We saw this line creep up to Oklahoma -2.5, but never saw it hit the key number 3," Eichner said. "There's more money on Texas spread, with 56 percent of the bets and 59 percent of the handle." However, shortly after Eichner commented, the line moved to Sooners -3. The hefty total is steady at 72.5, with 61 percent of bets/56 percent of handle on the Over. Shortly

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Oklahoma is -2.5 at DraftKings, up a point from the opener while drawing 73 percent of tickets and 71 percent of money. The total moved from 70 to 72.5 by Monday, then ticked to 72 Tuesday, with 69 percent of bets/74 percent of cash on the Over.

---

The eye-popping total stands out most for the neutral-site rekindling of the Red River Rivalry, at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas. The total is already up to 72.5 at FanDuel, with 89 percent of bets and 97 percent of money on the Over. On the spread, Oklahoma is down to -1.5 Monday night, although early tickets and money are both running about 2/1 on the Sooners.

Opening line

Iowa State -13.5, Over/Under 62.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Iowa State opened -13.5 at FanDuel but has dropped to -10.t this afternoon. Texas Tech is landing 67 percent of bets and 61 percent of money on the spread, and the Red Raiders are slightly more popular than that on the moneyline.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET FRIDAY: PointsBet USA opened the Cyclones -12.5 and stuck there all week before going to -12 this afternoon. "Seventy-one percent of spread bets and 61 percent of spread handle on the Texas Tech side," Eichner said.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: The Cyclones are down a point to -12.5 at DraftKings, thanks to 69 percent of bets/83 percent of money coming in on the Red Raiders. The total moved from 62.5 to 65, then to 64.5 on two-way action, with 60 percent of tickets on the Over and 51 percent of money on the Under.

---

Iowa State is down a point to -12.5 at FanDuel, and betting splits through Monday night indicate why: 62 percent of tickets and 53 percent of dollars are on Texas Tech. And early moneyline bettors apparently expect a letdown from the Cyclones, who as 7-point home underdogs upended Oklahoma 37-30 on Saturday. Texas Tech is attracting 54 percent of moneyline bets and 98 percent of moneyline cash.

Opening line

Mississippi +23.5, Over/Under 73.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 7:15 P.M. ET SATURDAY: The total on this game has bounced all over the place at FanDuel, opening at 73.5, dropping to 66.5, then rising to the current number of 69.5, with Hurricane Delta concerns surely involved in all that movement. Still, the Over is getting 71 percent of tickets and 75 percent of money, just before kickoff.

UPDATE 7 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Alabama opened -23.5 at BetMGM Nevada and had a high point of -24.5 and low point of -22.5. The line is now back to the opener. "On the side, not much of a decision. Good two-way action, and the ticket count is almost equal," BetMGM's Stoneback said. "But we need Mississippi to cover and knock out the parlays."

UPDATE 1 P.M. ET SATURDAY: More on this game later, but an update on the kickoff: looking to avoid the effects of Hurricane Delta, game time was moved from 6 p.m. ET to 7:30 p.m. ET.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The more noteworthy movement and action at PointsBet USA is on the total, which opened at 73.5 and tumbled to 66 midweek, and it's now at 69. "We have liabilities on a lot of different numbers, so it will be interesting to see if it hits within that range of about 7 points," Eichner said. "It's fairly split action, with the Under being slightly favored by bettors, 52 percent of the bets and 53 percent of the handle." Alabama opened -24 and ticked down to -23 early, but now sits at -23.5. "As usual, most of the money is on 'Bama spread, with 61 percent of the bets and 68 percent of the handle," Eichner said.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: The whopping total on this game is arguably more interesting than the spread. DraftKings opened at 74 and the initial move was to 75, but it appears sharper players found that too much to stomach, as the total tumbled to 70 by today, before edging up to 70.5. The Under is taking 64 percent of tickets and 61 percent of money. On the spread, Alabama dropped from -24.5 to -22.5 and back to -24.5, then dipped to -23.5 this evening. The Crimson Tide are attracting 56 percent of bets, but Mississippi is taking 63 percent of early money.

---

Big favorite Alabama is up a point Monday to -24.5 at FanDuel, with ticket count 2/1 and money 4/1 in favor of the Crimson Tide. And, like Oklahoma-Texas, a huge total already has heavily tilted action to the Over, at 87 percent of tickets and 98 percent of money through Monday.

Opening line

Auburn -15.5, Over/Under 51.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Auburn opened -15.5 and quickly went to -16.5 at FanDuel, but the line is now down to -13.5. Action is almost dead-even two-way, with with 52 percent of tickets/51 percent of money on the Tigers. And there are plenty of bettors taking fliers on Arkansas moneyline, which is getting 67 percent of tickets, but just 27 percent of dollars.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET FRIDAY: "We opened this game at Auburn -16.5 and saw it move all the way into -13.5, across the key number of 14," PointsBet USA's Eichner said. "We're currently sitting at -14. More money on the Arkansas side, with 61 percent of the spread bets and 64 percent of the spread handle." The Razorbacks are seeing similar percentages on the moneyline, with bettors hoping for the outright upset.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Point-spread ticket count at DraftKings is almost dead-even two-way, but 74 percent of money is backing underdog Arkansas. As such, Auburn is down to -14, from an opener of -16.5.

---

Auburn is up to -16.5 Monday night at FanDuel, taking 58 percent of early tickets and 66 percent of early money on the spread. The total is already down to 48.5, thanks to 83 percent of tickets/92 percent of money showing on the Under.

Opening line

LSU -18.5, Over/Under 53.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE NOON ET SATURDAY: LSU saw only a modest move this week at PointsBet USA, from -14 to -14.5, but there's plenty of love for the Bayou Bengals. "Eighty-six percnet of the money and 89% of the bets," PointsBet's Patrick Eichner said of point-spread playon LSU. The total dropped from 55.5 to 53, althought 54 percent of tickets/56 percent of cash is on the Over.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Due to the threat of Hurricane Delta, the SEC announced Wednesday that it's moving this game from the LSU campus to Missouri. That led to a significant shift in the spread at The SuperBook at Westgate, from LSU -20.5 to -14, as well as the voiding/refunding of bets made prior to the game being moved. "Our house rules state that the game must be played in the same geographical location. So, for example, if they move the game from Louisiana to Missouri, the game will be a refund," SuperBook manager and oddsmaker Eric Osterman said.

---

Louisiana State is already up 2 points at FanDuel, sitting at -20.5 Monday night. Sixty-three percent of bets are on the Tigers, but money is closer to two-way, with LSU garnering 54 percent of early cash.

Opening line

Texas A&M +5.5, Over/Under 57.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 11:45 A.M. ET SATURDAY: Florida opened -6.5 at PointsBet USA and got to -7, then the line dropped to -5.5. However: "Sixty-seven percent of spread bets and 61 percent of spread handle is on Florida," PointsBet's Patrick Eichner.

UPDATE 10 A.M. ET SATURDAY: Florida went from -7 to -5, then back to -6 at BetMGM. "Sharp play on A&M, but 4/1 Florida on tickets," BetMGM's Scott Shelton said. "That's a wiseguys vs. public game."

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: DraftKings moved Florida from -6.5 to -7 and back to -6.5 by Monday afternoon, and the line has stuck there since. That's despite massively lopsided early betting, with 92 percent of tickets and 96 percent of cash on the Gators.

---

Early bettors don't think much of A&M's home field, with Florida taking more than 90 percent of early point-spread tickets and money. That prompted FanDuel to move the Gators to -7.5 early Monday, before moving back to -6.5.

Opening line

Notre Dame -21.5, Over/Under 53.5

Why the line moved

UPDATE 7 P.M. ET SATURDAY: There was very little movement on this game at BetMGM Nevada throughout the week, with Notre Dame opening -21, ticking to -20.5 and back to -21. But there's plenty of interest in the Fighting Irish. "Ticket count is 2/1 and money is 5/1 on Notre Dame" BetMGM's Stoneback said. "And all the parlay money is on Notre Dame. We need Florida State to cover."

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Notre Dame ticked from -21 to -20.5 at PointsBet USA. "More money coming in on the Notre Dame spread, with 71 percent of bets and 66 percent of handle," Eichner said.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Notre Dame ticked from -21.5 to -21 at DraftKings on Monday, but point-spread tickets and money are running 2/1 on the Fighting Irish so far.

---

Notre Dame is down a point Monday night to -20.5 at FanDuel, but the Fighting Irish are taking 87 percent of early tickets and 94 percent of early dollars. Similarly, the total is down 2 points to 51.5, despite the Over attracting 83 percent of bets and 85 percent of cash. The total moved from 52 to 53.5, with 68 percent of tickets/72 percent of money on the Over.
