yes it is, A very good 'fit' for what I do..the 'book' is legal here,as is the access to "all" on-line books, there no restrictions, and wire transfers to LV (when needed) take hours, not days, banking is un-regulated so the majority of my wagers made on line go through escrow accounts, set up by my bank, and the particular 'book' that I am placing the wager with, in essence, the book does not 'hold' any of my funds until I place a wager, win, they transfer, lose; I already tranfered,,everything is release by mutual agreement through escrow,,being an American, makes my profession very easy to operate, plus they speak English here. have many American walk-up books(Leroy's sportsbook has 2 locations) Slovakia is a 2 hr plane ride, I am at the St Julians casino in Seliema. hey SN when you say this does this mean your saying to bet 8 units on TEX RL and 4 on BAL ML, meanwhile 1 on everything else??

Guys, this question has come up just a few pages ago.  You need to do a little research. From a quick glance at the previous plays I'd say that, roughly, RL is twice the ML is twice the Totals bet size (8-4-2). 

extrmy good insight..the equations are 'even' with 6 also being added..with 8 being the peak. and remember, there's also the application to 5inning wagers. O/U's all @2units, the remaining applications are handicapped and applied to the value of the PAC formula..Base_Runs is used to equate, and formulate the units into advantage 'form'...their is no 'set' routine, the units are manipulated on a daily basis, as are the games, the Pac symbol is simply, "the more to the advantage" of action....SN
