Freakin Ravens kicker misses an easy FG. Another bad UR day what else is new. If I ever have another winning day in that game it will be cause for celebration.

look like the ravens had a td.....he caught it and defender just knocks it out his hands and receiver was not going to the ground......

Well the good news is the Ravens covered! That's basically all I care about since my team has been dead since Week 4.

Virginia better cover -7.5 against Virginia Tech I'm not in the mood for any survivor BS. After all this VT team lost to Minnesota (a good team) who was missing its 2 best players in that game, but that loss is little compared to losing to BC.

I'm 3-0 on the Ultimate Race today. This is my best race by far. My next goal is to hit that 17 in a row mark and get some coin!

This game is ugly somehow Virginia won't cover 7.5 at home against a team that is probably the worst in the ACC.

Gotta love this Northern California weather. Typical this time of year. This should be a good game but I think it will come down to turnovers.

WTF Virginia 19 f'n points in the 1st half against VT. Another streak bites the dust, can't even beat a team that BC beat and even if you do it won't be by enough.

About Syracuse: That's my team but I won't deny it, only beats an awful Pitt team by 8 and loses to a horrid ND team by 9 and ND is truly bad this year. A non overrated team would crush Pitt by 20+ and would beat ND by 10+.
About Kentucky: Did not cover the spread at home against an awful South Carolina team and struggled at home against Alabama.
About Baylor: Blown out at Kansas (granted KU is tough especially at home) but also played poorly at home against Missouri falling behind by 12 and stupidity cost themselves that game.
About Duke: Never covers the spread.
North Carolina: Got blown out by 33 against an inconsistent Florida State team when ranked #3. UNC is a good team but they are not Top 10 or even Top 15 material. The polls were very kind to only drop them to 8th when they more likely should be 18th. This just shows that this season probably has one of the highest number of overrated teams in Division I history!
About Virginia: Lose to last place in your conference (ACC) Virginia Tech.... at home.... with only 45 points? How are they even ranked?
About Marquette: Lost to LSU, should have lost to Washington if Washington had not given that game away, struggled against Pitt.

I said the game would be determined by Turnovers...I had no idea it would be the Punt Returner twice. Amazing. Good game but I lost on all my bets. Oh well at least the Ravens covered. 

Quad-The important thing to remember when capping games is that the obvious isn't always the way to go. Sometimes other factors will take place that will affect a game. I have learned that sometimes gut feelings about a game can be valid. When your streak gets above 4 try to be more selective in the games you choose. Revenge factors play a huge role in Conference games. You're a good caper. Your streak will come.

Interesting thread.  I probably can't contribute to the degree that most do on this but I like the idea of exchanging opinions.  There's no competition between people on Survivor after all.  I just started a couple of weeks ago and I haven't fared so well.  I had a couple of rough losses with the under on the Jazz/Mavs and the under on the Knicks/Nuggets.

I righted the ship today by fading the public and taking the over on the Celtics/Wizards game.  I locked myself in for Carolina for tomorrow. 

I'm still questioning how quickly I should take a game but I felt the public might push that spread above the -130 threshold.  Was that a rookie mistake?  I can tell some of you have been doing this for a while.  Anyway, just wanted to jump into the thick of things here.

Welcome Sicknesscity! You have the right attitude theres is no competition between people on this site. Certain individuals have made it such but the reality is the competition is between us and the books that sponsor the contests and put up the money. Feel free to keep coming back win or lose. We're here to support each other and are celebrating our 1 year Anniversary. 

Lost Pats, but got it all back on Giants plus more!! Teaser was solid and also had GMEN ML and 2nd half GMEN at PK, but that pushed.
