Kaiser family foundation expects the cost of healthcare insurance through Obamacare to jump next year.  Trump big ugly bill rejects extending subsidies to reduce premiums.  As a result, Congress budget office expects some loss of coverage in population.  With fewer people insured, insurers must spread costs among a smaller group which push premiums higher.  Also Trump administration threatens to impose 200% tariffs on pharmaceuticals.  Many drugs are manufactured overseas.

I disagree with the whole premise of this post. Trump did promise to increase inflation with his braindead policies, yet he may have been too stupid/dense/stubborn to realize it. 

The worst-case-scenario is that he is too stubborn to realize that his moronic policies would cause inflation - that basically means that he is apathetic to most Americans’ concerns and is fine with all of us paying 30% more for everything.

Big increase next year to Medicare premium under the Felon, current 185 a month next year trump wants Seniors to pay 206 a month, 21 bucks more for another tax increase of 252.00 bucks and he increased the Deductible another 31 bucks which should just about wipe out most Seniors increase next year also. So for someone that was not touching Medicare in 6 months he increases next year and every year of new tax cuts for wealthy by 4% and about another 300 bucks for those on fixed incomes gone.

This is the country we live in and it will get worse as the boulder rolling down hill continues! Trumps new and improved statistics will affect seniors cost of living which what helps them stay in the game and off set Medicare increases……He keeps blaming. Biden, Obama & Hillary  and seniors keep loving him!

To be fair - Senior citizens are nothing but a burden to a society - see if his policy were to deport Seniors rather than hard working immigrants - he might be on to something from an economic standpoint 

His problem is that the ones being worst economically for the society is also the people he least want to target - “Lower income sick people” or Veterans

 Yep!  Doubtful the convicted felon will deliver on that promise to Americans in return for their Nov 2024 votes.

You can’t simply promise to lower inflation. If it were as easy as flipping a switch, no country would suffer hyperinflation for long. The fact that some people think otherwise is a reminder that economic literacy is far rarer than it should be. (Atleast on that side of the Atlantic)
