Thursday, gas has risen again:  $4.09 /gallon 

Friday rises up to  $4.10  

Trump tariffs cost average American household $1700-2500 annually according to congress joint economic committee.  There are no winners in his reckless trade war.

Tariffs are not all the same. The ones he's proposing now are the worst by far: worldwide tariffs that aren't sector-specific don't give you leverage, create jobs, or balance the trade deficit. They don't benefit you as a country at all ! Unfortunately, it's clear why he's doing it (since he would have to pass them through Congress if they were to have any international significance). With these forced labor tariffs, you pay 10% if you behave well and 12.5% if you don't? For real? I'm sure the steep difference will change people's ways. He's doing it so he can use corruption and bully your companies to enrich himself. That's literally the only possible reason for these. Unfortunately for you, these won't be struck down by the court AND The international system doesn't care - The EU (your biggest trading partner) literally just shook their heads and moved on to something else on their agenda. No fucks given - you will pay for our products rather you like it or not 

Saturday gas rises up to  $4.11

The UAE said two of its tankers were attacked while transiting the strait Thursday.

The federal government has posted a record July deficit of 432 billion & it's probably much more than that.

After dropping down to $4.00 in early weeks of August,

now it's back up to $4.10

Gas buddy reports $4.10 per gallon is the highest average monthly gas price on record for August.  Previous high was $3.98 in 2022 when Russia invaded Ukraine.

Well it's back up to $4.14 /gallon today

Monday it has risen to  $4.15 /gallon (nat.avg)

Trump claims gas price would fall when Iran war ends.  However Iran war has already ended 50 times according to republican Greene.  Yet record gas price on labor day.

It has also more importantly (some would argue) killed thousands of innocent people - for absolutely no reason at all - I couldn’t fucking care less if the war had halfed your gasoline prices

Auto wire reports that Costco is rationing sale of its Kirkland motor oil.  Members are limited to two purchases every week.  

Paid my Trump Tax today filling up at Costco for 4.50 a gallon.

Tuesday morning:  republican economy raises the price to  $4.32 /gallon 

Meanwhile, diesel fuel, which reached an all-time record high at $5.90 last week

rose to $6.20 yesterday

and today hit $6.23
