As the article points out, there is precedent and it is purposely vague enough to, likely, withstand a challenge.
Maybe tariffs is not the best issue to use for your example of sidestepping the separation of powers.
What would be another issue you think might fit this?

We both know Garcia had/has no VISA. He had a judge ruling no deportation to El Salvador because rival gangs might hunt him down. That's not a VISA. How can that be, he's not MS13, just a Maryland dad. And everytime we send a gang member to prison can they claim rival gang members in that prison will hurt them? OK, no prison for you. Guess so since a trans activist who torched Tesla's received no prison due to "lack of affirming care".

Find it interesting that people get prison for human trafficking illegals across our country yet Biden admin did it daily.

Typical you are focused on a term versus a concept, I think the sources I saw which used that TERM were more concerned with a concept vs the word. The issue to you as a deflector and someone who supports Trump is that by any means possible you have to build validity to his decisions and actions, Raiders above you is doing the exact same thing using fall back deflection tactics and not actually addressing the real facts and real issues. Dpes it make a tangible difference if the term VISA is used versus a legal protected status given from a US judge? To you I dont know how but I guess it does that no matter how you can muster a deflection you will find a way. To me the terms are one and the same, a VISA is a legal avenue granted under many scenarios from working to student etc but it is a legal designation. To me a judge who gives a court order to grant protected status is a legal ruling and it gives the same outcome, it is no different.
How will he get his due process? The only way is when Trump is done and someone else comes and cleans up his mess since he is so zero ego he cannot reverse a bad move it would tarnish his so-called image and he rarely if ever does that.
I have no idea what you are talking about with this Biden border nonsense, it is a massive talking point for your side and has been for years yet it never makes sense to me. I live in a border state and one of the most challenging in the country and it has been that way through all the presidents and all the sheriffs and all the political doobies that come and go and to me the narrative you guys push about an administration being comparable to human traffic offenses just does not compute. There are different levels and approaches to a problem, on a spectrum of 0-100 you could say 0 would be spending nothing, having no border patrol no borders just zero of anything and 100 would be a mile high wall and every single inch of the border territory is controlled and there is absolutely no way in, sort of like a max prison. The rest is just a spectrum and both Biden, Trump, Bush, Clinton, any president sits on that spectrum with NONE being a 100 and NONE being a 0.

Trump usually lies about agencies that he wants to defund. Media bias fact check rates both NPR and PBS high in factual reporting with history of reliability. YouGov survey ranks PBS 3rd and NPR 17th in most trusted news sources compared to 47th for Fox news. 70% of their funding come from donations and only 5% from government. Being nonprofit, there is no need to sensationalize news to attract an audience.

Anyone who tries to deny that this and many other of his "executive orders" are not just project 2025 protocol are out to lunch. There is absolutely zero reason why those public service providers should be defunded from a governmental standpoint, the sole reason is to eliminate the shadow DEI narrative that the project 2025 ultra conservatives have paid for through Trump. Same goes for these university grant claw backs and the DOGE idiocy, its all project 2025 cleansing and Trump is such a cluck he just goes along with it as long as he can make his noon tee time what does he care.
Republicans are to blame for distrust of media. For decades, they crusaded to discredit the press in war against truth. In 1972, polls show 72% of democrats and 68% of republicans trust mainstream media. Now 12% of 'republicans and 54% of democrats trust media. Fox news the propaganda machine is the only news source that a majority of republicans trust. This is bad for democracy which depends on informed voters.

What would happen if Biden did as I suggested, forgave ALL student debt and gave say a tax credit for any borrowers in the last 25 years and said it was an economic emergency and we are at war against higher costs of education, what the crap would you guys on the right side do?
